There is no withdrawal option in BLACK app. I sent an email to customer care and there is no reply till now. Cleartax doesn’t have designated customer care helpline which makes it quite difficult for customers to get in touch with them in case of inquiries/complaints etc. ### 3/5 — Without step up - irritating *2024-02-21, version 1.42.26* Please add step up feature to your app. It is irritating to manually increase 10% SIP every year . It’s been 3 months now, they have come up with a technical issue which doesn’t allow to make any sip payments. This is totally not acceptable. If you ask them to move our MF to different platform, they don’t help you with that. I am regretting about my decision. This is a genuine review, please don’t buy your MF on this app. ### 1/5 — Not so reliable... *2023-05-06, version 1.42.26* Though the platform looks good initiall, lot of technical issues and also most of the time you SIP wont work and you call them and ask they give all weird reasons. this has happened to me so many times that i am frustrated and looking for option to move all my investments to another broker whomgives better platform. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2022-07-09, version 1.42.11* If you pay taxes on your capital gains, cleartax is a pain when you approach them for your capital gains statement. They DON’T provide you the capital gains statement for your mutual funds. All other apps have simple and easy links to download your capital gains statement, but cleartax simply refuses to provide the same. They blatantly tell you to go to fund house sites and do it separately for all funds, unbelievable. This is on top of only option to buy regular plans instead of direct plans of mutual funds. I had to spend hours downloading statements from fund houses and CAMS/KARVY and sorting them manually because of the simple fact that Cleartax didn’t have option to download statements for capital gains. I’m simply going to exit all investments with them and move to Zerodha. ### 1/5 — Terrible Support *2022-06-23, version 1.42.9* Earlier ClearTax support was really good but over time it has degraded. It is really challenging to call a support rep and get your issues fixed. ClearTax takes away our freedom. When they have automated everything on the App to do anything, but to raise a support request you need to click a couple buttons just to see they need you to send a mail.
