It logs me out of my account every time. I need to re-enter all information in order to log in. Not to mention that my phone is unable to store my log in and password for the new app. The credit card information is no longer stored and it doesn’t have auto-fill to make logging in or paying my bill an easier.

Your app needs to utilize FaceID. If my banks can’t it, so can you 🙂. When we need information and forget our password (like getting pulled over) we need access to information in a timely manner.
