I’m not sure what the premium version offers, but the free version only offers listings for different locations. It’s not much of a benefit from Mutual of Omaha and I would not waste money or time with this app. ### 1/5 — Not helpful *2024-11-11, version 2.1.1* Have never found anything with this app. I just tried again after relocating. No way to put in location. Online works with web page. I deleted the account to re-create with correct information and the app will not accept my email address. States that the email address is already registered. Mutually Well customer service was useless. The access to gyms alone more than justifies the approximate $30 a month price tag. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to be able to get into a single gym because the ones on the website do not populate within the app. So close to being great but as it is now, don’t waste your money. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2024-06-21, version 2.1.1* How can they even call this a working app. It’s clunky, it’s only randomly pulls up your membership card. You can’t download your membership or put it in your phone wallet. Also, as other have noted the app is crummy to navigate through. I actually didn’t believe it could be as poor as other reviewers said, but it is. Waste of time and phone space. All they want to do is sell more insurance!!! As this all comes with a “membership fee” of $25+ a month!!! Many links don’t go anywhere. None of the food/diet links work. Couldn’t record a gym visit. The same company’s Silver Sneakers app got much better reviews. However, after I do a search and select a result, there is no way to close that selection and go back to the search results or another option. I have to close out the app completely, reopen the app, agree to the policies, and renter my search criteria. This should be part of basic app design.
