The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how incredibly clean and well-maintained the facility is. It has a professional yet welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The highlight of the visit, however, was the service. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Jennifer, who was consistently pleasant and genuinely helpful. Her knowledge of the products was impressive; she took the time to answer all my questions and provided recommendations that were spot-on for my specific needs. It’s rare to find a place that balances a pristine environment with such high-quality, personable service. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional spot in Lehigh, I highly recommend checking out TUV. Now it accepts your order and once you get to the store, they tell you you're over your purchase limit when it could've spared you the trip to the store. It used to show the purchase limits in your cart. No longer able to log in with password is ridiculous. I’ve used the original app for over a year. Tried to use the app yesterday and my email not working. Today I reached out to customer service and was told that the app is flawed. Broken for a year? We appreciate your cooperation and we truly hope to hear from you soon. ### 1/5 — Boo *2024-07-25* Muv deleted my points. ### 1/5 — The limited reservations is trash & my rewards isn’t working *2024-07-18* I missed the old reservation system where we can reserve orders a couple of days in advance rather than next day. I would always put my reservations in on Wednesday for Veterans Day and pick up on my off day Friday as I work 8-6:30. And my last order was cancelled. I don’t like the changes to the reservations at all, it was the main reason I shopped with MUV.
