Please Veho get this fixed. I purchased this camera kit with the hope of longevity of use and they would constantly be on top of the app, but I’m so disappointed. I would love to work with you and my national group of Fitness Professional’s in using this camera for our online & live classes. ### 2/5 — Sort it out MUVI!! *2019-01-29, version 2.0.4* Since the app update the end user experience is rubbish. You could make this so good but I can’t even view the videos I have recorded on this app!! I go to the gallery and see the image and when I click on it throws me out the app completely every time I try to watch a recording from earlier. Fix it. You make up spend all this cash on your good cameras and then let us down with a poor app experience. And we wonder why GoPro kicks our asses ### 2/5 — Crashes on gallery transfer *2019-01-27* Not sure what the deal is with this app but for a quality camera that takes amazing pics and video the app is horrible.When i connect through the wifi using my ipad or iphone as soon as the gallery shows up you click on it and it automatically shuts down the app and no pics or vids can be transfered.Please fix this or it will be my last veho camera. ### 3/5 — Update disaster *2019-01-24, version 2.0.4* Yep. Ann app update now means I can’t access my pictures via WiFi. Very frustrating ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2018-09-01* Tried to use this app in sept 2018 with my Muvi K2 camera. App is horrible and full of bugs. Just randomly jams and works 15 percent of the time max. Time to move on to the Go Pro or something like that. Camera is fine but the app is true garbage. Will not let consistently monitor what you see from camera. No phone number to call to get customer support. Stay away from Muvi camera and app products. ### 3/5 — Downloading long videos *2018-07-29, version 2.0.2* Hi I used this app before and it worked fine downloading footage and pictures fine (from the k-series) but those videos were short. But then I recorded a really long one and when I download it when it gets to 100% my phone (iPhone) just sort of restarts then the footage isn’t downloaded so I try again does the same thing so if u could fix this that would be amazing thanks. ### 1/5 — Can’t do anything *2018-07-15, version 2.0.2* The app doesn’t work. I can only see through the camera lens but You cannot record video from the app, cannot take pics, you cannot even see video and photo taken. And just goes blank won’t let me do anything. My old phone shows the two arrow s. But this one shows a picture of two cameras. Hopefully next version is the winner. I was hoping the app would provide these but that appears not to be the case. The app itself is very poor for viewing, starting and stopping the video. Saving the videos afterwards via the WiFi has yet to work. As a result I think the camera is going to be returned as not-fit-for-purpose! ### 1/5 — Wireless Camera Viewing Spotty *2020-01-16* Great camera. I wish the viewing from my phone to the app would work all the time rather than 10 percent of the time. As soon as I connect my K-Series camera via WiFi, all I can do is view the camera lens through my phone. You can’t download any videos to your phone at all. As soon as you click on the image the app closes down. Other improvements would be the ability to launch the app with the wifi connection attempt first and also add integration with what's app, messages etc etc. Facebook,YouTube and Twitter are good options, but some videos you don't want to push to a public domain. ### 3/5 — latest vers seems ok *2020-10-20* bad rap reviews seem to be of earlier versions. this runs ok on my phone and seems to do its job. not fast. there are lags, but the controls, settings and communication work. ### 3/5 — Downloads *2019-07-22, version 2.0.5* The camera is first class, the clarity is brilliant, the video is clear as a bell too, even in waterproof housing, as I found out when filming badgers in pouring rain, the sound pick up is excellent too. My only problems are that there is a constant hissing noise on the soundtrack, and if you want to download videos, it’s slower than I’ve used since my first computer 30yrs ago.
