Online it’s told to use Boat mode for booking a boat for canal travel. There is no Boat mode in the app. Deceiving and uncompleted.

ชอบเรียกรถไกลๆ random แบบงง สงสารทั้งตัวเอง คนขับ และคนรอ บางทีคนขับจอดตรงป้ายแทนที่จะได้คน ก็ไม่ได้ เพราะระบบส่งงานให้คันที่อยู่ไกลกว่ารับงาน 

หมุดไม่ตรง บางทีคนขับแอ๊บไปจอดตรงหมุด ซึ่งไม่ตรงกับรูปสถานที่ๆ ต้องมาจอด เช่น ในคอนโด คนรอก็รอ คนขับก็ check in แล้วว่าถึง แต่ถึงตรงไหน หารถไม่เจอ สรุปต้องเรียกใหม่ เสียเวลา และไม่มีบทลงโทษใดๆ ที่ทำให้ลูกค้าเสียเวลา 

ระบบอุบาทว์ขนาดอยากจะเห็นหน้า developer ว่าใช้อะไรมาพัฒนาแอพให้ผู้รับบริการกลายเป็นผู้ประสบภัยขนาดนี้

ช่วงนี้รอรถนานมาก อย่างน้อย 30นาที ++ เคยกดวันศุกร์เย็นรอ 10คิว หรือบางทีระหว่างรอโดนเปลี่ยนรถ เปลี่ยนให้เร็วขึ้นไม่ว่า เปลี่ยนให้แล้วต้องรอนานขึ้น หรือรับไปส่งคนแล้วขับอ้อมไปรับคนอื่นไกลมาก หรือจำนวนคิวไม่อัพเดท บอกว่าเราเป็นคิวต่อไปแต่จริงๆ ไปส่งคนอื่นอยู่ต้องรออีก 20นาที ปกติชอบนั่งมากแต่หลังๆมานี่ รู้สึกใช้แล้วชีวิตลำบากกว่าเดิม ขอพักก่อน

ช่วงแรกที่เปิดตัวราคาเป็นมิตร ช่วงนี้ราคาปรับขึ้นมากๆ เกือบเท่าตัว แพงมาก ทั้งๆที่แชร์รถกับคนอื่นและกะเวลาลำบากมาก ไม่รู้จะวนไปส่งคนไหนก่อน ถ้าปรับราคาให้ลงมาอีกนิดจะเป็นตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจ แต่ถ้าราคาแบบนี้เรียกไรเดอร์ถึงไวกว่าและราคาถูกกว่า

I would love to have an EV tuktuk booking app in Bangkok, but this isn’t it. Service areas are limited, as are the hours. No vehicles in Sukhumvit after 10pm. No cash accepted, no Applepay option, must preload a set amount from credit card and it’s nonrefundable if not fully used. Nice try but useless. I stick with street hailing regular tuktuks, Bolt for cars

I tried out the MuvMi app in Bangkok for the tuk tuks. It would not let me order any ride before it was pushing me to buy a tourist pass and buy a site seeing tour which I was not interested in. I pre-uploaded 500 baht to use it and am unable to get that money back. I’ve reached out to customer service and have tried to reach out and they are not responding. Do not get this app as it will not work

รอรถนานไปครึ่งชั่วโมง ในแอปบอกไม่ถึง 5-7 นาที ทั้ง ๆ ที่เรียกแบบด่วนก็ยังรอนานเกินไปเยอะ บางครั้งก็รอนานไม่สมเป็นแบบด่วนตามที่แอปว่า บางเวลาอุตส่าห์กดด่วนเพราะรีบ แต่ก็บอกว่าไม่มีคนขับ แล้วถ้าคนไม่รีบเขาจะกดด่วนทำไมล่ะ อุตส่าห์กดแบบเหมาไปเพราะของเยอะ แพงด้วยซ้ำ แต่ก็รอนานจัด ๆ ตอนแรกในแอปขึ้นอีกไม่ถึง 5 นาที เลยออกมารอทั้ง ๆ ที่ของก็เยอะ มาดูอีกทีบอกรอ 16-20 นาที งง อุตส่าห์เหมาแล้วทำไมต้องรออีกคะ ก็ไม่ต้องไปรับใครนี่ ?
