Additionally, never worked properly with my wemo insight switch nor my dlink camera. Worked fine with wemo switches, Phillips hue, withings scale, wemo light switch and netatmo. ### 2/5 — Great idea, not working *2015-02-23* All it does is crash now after I connected my second device account. Would love to use this to consolidate all my apps/hubs/smart tech but it crashes constantly before it even starts. ### 2/5 — Ehhh *2015-01-30* Not intuitive. Better just putting my apps in a folder or using Notification Center. Facebook/google only signin is pretty dumb too. Deleting app soon after. Nest didn't see all my thermostats. I try again with sane error message ### 1/5 — Not user friendly, buggy interface *2016-07-29* I tried to set up my hue lights with the app. There were a few error messages and some pages took a lot of time to load. In the end I managed to have my lights listed as devices on the app but when I try to control them it doesn't work.. ### 1/5 — Doesn't yet work for Hue, Dlink, and Withings *2015-09-12, version 2.5.0* It's a nice concept, but: 1) Philips Hue authentication fails (it just pops up 'unauthorized') 2) Dlink DSP-W110 is not recognized 3) Withings authentication works, but Muzzley only lists data in metres and kilograms (overwriting my preferences) It feels like an alpha release. ### 1/5 — No hue for you *2015-09-08* Lost my earlier review because nickname was taken. The status never worked, never showed anything from the Netatmo or Withings Hope they will fix it as I like the concept but so far it is not ### 1/5 — Doesn't Work *2015-02-23* I downloaded this app with the promise of using Siri to control things. All I tried to add was my Philips Hue hub and make a channel for it. I was able to connect to my bulbs, but none of the preset buttons were functional and when I tried to do anything else in the app it told me I had no channel setup even though my Hue is listed under Lighting which I'm assuming is a channel. Useless and there is no in-app help to guide you except for one useless pop up that I am unable to bring back up. ### 1/5 — Great Concept *2015-01-31* I like the idea of having a hub for all my devices. This app promised that and failed in delivery. Devices show up like they are connected but do nothing. I'll redownload this when/if it becomes usable. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2015-01-30, version 2.2.0* Downloaded this app and connected my hue lights and nest thermostat. Nest allowed me to change temperature, although the temperature displayed in the app didn't update, when returning it still said the original temperature, Not very useful, and doesn't indicate whether the heating is currently on or off. Hue simply didn't work at all. It said select lights and had several other buttons, none of which seemed to do anything at all when pressed and it didn't even list my rooms or bulbs. Today I decided to have another go with the app, only to realise that despite connecting with my google account it has now forgotten my hue and nest that I previously linked and I have to do it again. ### 1/5 — App requires access to your Facebook or Google+ account *2015-01-30* Before you can do anything with this app, it requires you to log into either your Facebook or your Google + account and give it access to your profile. No thanks. I don't mind setting up an account to use with this app, but giving it access to my FB profile--the one I only let friends see--is a show stopper for me. ### 1/5 — Facebook required ???!!!!!!! *2014-09-16* What a great idea and a horrible way to use the app. I have a nest thermo, nest protect, hue lighting , but am not interested in signing my home up so Facebook can monitor it! LAME ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Nice app works with MiLight and Alexa *2017-03-08* This app will actually get Alexa to turn off the cheap MiLight LED bulbs via voice to Alexa! It day take a few hours to get it working properly, but I emailed support and they got back to me within 15 mins. It took 6 emails back and forth and some screen shots, but we got it work. Great tech support! ### 5/5 — Great app for home automation! *2016-11-29* I'm currently using Muzzley to control my Ecobee, two Chamberlain MyQ garage doors (beta), and Philips Hue bulbs. The best part is that the support team is very quick to respond. I submitted a bug and they fixed it within an hour. This team is committed to making a great app. ### 5/5 — now it's awesome *2016-09-18, version 2.11.2* They've added sunset and dawn timer settings. Has integration with many well known products (personally love Automatic) and will get even better as more devices are compatible. Also need to add a contact us link to send ideas and get help if needed. ### 4/5 — Great concept *2014-12-23* Unfortunately I had already set up a Hue account with google authentication. That means when asked to provide login details for that service in the app, I cannot. My suggestion is to have the app switch over to the Phillips app for authentication or maybe connect with Google for users that authenticated that way. That detail aside, it looks really nice and hell, it's free! Would be nice to see some simple play/volume controls for SONOS speakers too. ### 3/5 — Doesn't work with misfit *2015-11-03* Probably just a quick fix. Adding insteon stuff worked pretty well.
