Ayant déjà essayé d’autres applications telles que Calm et Headspace sans avoir réussi à m’abandonner, j’ai tenté le coup avec Muzzz 
Je suis totalement comblée! Insomniaque depuis des lunes, l’endormissement est pour moi un défi de taille.
Actuellement très anxieuse suite à certains événements, j'ai quand même réussi à m’assoupis et m’endormir en moins de 24 minutes, ce qui est un exploit!
Je conseille et recommande Muzzz à tous même les plus anxieux - insomniaques et sceptiques!!

Due to my mind being on overdrive constantly, it is very hard for me to quiet my thoughts when I go to bed. I often take sleeping pills or melatonin gummies. I’ve tried this app 3 times now and every time I am asleep before the recording is finished. I’ve felt more rested and full of energy in the last few days. This app really is a game changer. I recommend it to everyone!
