App has definitely come a long way since it first started. All it's missing is Touch ID.

Mobile banking has never been harder. I use Face ID to log in but often have to input my password as well. When I do input my password the app is either “Unable to Verify” me or requests an additional text verification code which never comes through despite my mobile phone number being correct.
If I call for help the only thing they can do is change my password, which after two weeks I have to go through the whole thing again.

This app continuously logs me off of using Face ID, continues to be problematic for logging in saying my credentials can’t be recognized.

This app does only the bare minimum to enable true mobile banking. It has no bill pay provision. It has no way to link external accounts. It does not link any credit cards. Check out the Chase Mobile App to see what a grown up app can do.

The teller has suggested I try the bank, so I opened up a personal account. I am very pleased what level of service that I get each time I enter the branch.   I have banked at all three branches and everyone is very nice to deal with.
