This app won’t let me register after I’ve input all the correct info. I’ve attempted it 4 times now. This will probably be easier on a computer than a phone. Check your email... Magic Valley sent an email with a video on how to do it. • Go to the website hit “My Account” • Hit “Register” • Enter your Account Number (e.g. 123456-001) • when you enter your account number do NOT include the dash. • Your Member Number is the first 6 digits of your account number (e.g. 123456) do NOT include the numbers after the dash • Magic Valley will send you another email with a link... follow the link, create a new password and a security question. • That's it... login to the app or website... up to you ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2020-06-02, version 10.0.05* I had no problem registering again. It’s very easy. They also provide a video as to how to register very detailed. All you have to do is follow the instructions. The app is easy to use, simple not complicated at all. ### 2/5 — Fix *2022-07-19, version 15.0.23* Your app is not allowing to view my daily usage. So I called MVEC in my area and the rep is telling me to go to office. What’s the point of the app then. ### 2/5 — Simple card issue can end up costing you a lot *2022-04-20, version 15.0.23* The old Magic Valley app used to keep your credit card on file which made it easy to pay your balance. The new updated app does not keep your credit card information on file and I have paid $300-$400 to get my service reconnected due to my meter being an old meter at my apartment complex and they need to send a maintenance man out to reconnect it the reconnection fee is $100. Can we get an app that saves our card so that we don’t have this issue anymore? Or is that how Magic Valley works off of peoples hundred dollar maintenance calls. I know gas went up but this is ridiculous. ### 2/5 — This is how I made it work *2020-06-15, version 11.0.06* The account number is the full number of your account without the dash. Member number is the number up to the dash. ### 2/5 — New re-enrollment process *2020-06-01, version 10.0.05* New app not allowing me to log in. Already re-enrolled on line. The 4 digit statement number is the last 4 of your social but that is not stated anywhere. So far this re-enrollment process is a pain. The member number is your account number using only the numbers before the dash.
