Ok. I’m back two years later. Does nobody else use this App? It’s still fine. ### 2/5 — Deutschlandticket *2024-04-01* Nice, but ordering Deutschlandticket takes a few Days. I have to buy an additional ticket now. In the app when ordering it says takes max 1 day. After submission it says: takes multiple days. Joke ### 5/5 — Worked well, easy to buy rickets *2022-09-26, version 8.7.0* As a visitor I was absolutely impressed with this App. Easy directions and one-click to buy the corresponding day ticket. ### 1/5 — Total dissaster *2019-12-03, version 6.0.3* What is that? Nothing, I mean nothing works. My wife is using this app every single day and at the the very basic functionality stopped working, so she can't buy her ticket. I have tried it on my phone and I was not able to log in or add my credit card! Please fix it now! ### 5/5 — Neue Version der App defekt! *2019-11-28, version 6.0.3* Neue Version der App defekt! Ticketkäufe kann mann in >90% der Fälle nicht mehr kaufen: ein Fehler tritt auf! Wir wollen diese Möglichkeit in MVG App sobald wie möglich! ### 2/5 — Woefully insufficient *2019-07-02, version 5.9.4* You trust that it’s showing you the fastest route, but it’s not - even if the trains were on schedule. It’s absurd that the app doesn’t show the bus schedule or the routes, so that I can plan accordingly myself. For example, I thought that I could take any S-train to Pasing and then take the 265 in the other direction - the app only tells me to take the S6 to Planegg, which you have to wait for, then take the 265...which you have to wait for. When I did get to Pasing, sure enough, that alternative route finally showed up, but it was too late to catch the bus. So I will be late to my first day on the job! ### 1/5 — Not able to registry *2019-02-07, version 5.7.6* I can’t go forward on registration. Not able to pass without the birthday info. But, once I touch on it, app crashes. ### 2/5 — Times are not accurate *2018-03-17, version 5.5.1* We were unfamiliar with the area and the app allowed us to get around but not without effort. The biggest issue was the train schedule was not accurate. We almost missed our bus out of Munich because the train schedule was off 45 minutes. ### 1/5 — Google Maps is more accurate *2017-12-30, version 5.5.1* MVG gives the most convoluted route. It does NOT handle SBahn routes well. Usually suggests circling back to HBF for some reason.
