Sehr genaue Daten, auch bezüglich der Verspätungen und Ausfällen ### 3/5 — Horizontales scrollen sollte man als App Entwickler vermeiden *2026-01-16* Bei MVGO hat sich einiges getan mittlerweile kann man es eigentlich ganz gut nutzen früher hab ich ja den Navigator bevorzugt, nun gefällt mir die App aber eigentlich ganz gut auch mit der Live Anzeige der einzelnen Linien zudem sieht man jetzt auch die komplette Linienverlauf wenn man eben in diese Live Anzeige schat… was jetzt ein bisschen spezielles (aber trotzdem gut) ist, dass man ja beim markieren einer Haltestelle eigentlich den Bussteig markiert das sollte man irgendwie vielleicht noch etwas sichtbar machen ich hab mich erst gewundert warum am Harras an meinem Markierung keine 53 fährt aber es war eben ein anderer Bussteig an dem nur die 54 fährt Das neue Picklist für Favoriten und Verlauf ist gut aber die horizontale Scroll Liste ist es leider nicht denn man löst ständig suchen aus beim scrollen auch ist horizontales scrollen generell keine gute Idee ….. das nervt mich schon beim Navigator und nervt mich jetzt ganz extrem bei der MVGO App **Developer response:** Hallo, Danke für Ihr Feedback! In Munich the paranoid and greedy trolls of MVG take full 35 Euros and then forces GPS of all of my movements in the background at any time even if not traveling - how this insane overreach is GDPR compliant no one knows. Use if you want to be randomly charged with 45 dollar tickets *2025-12-08, version 7.25.0* MVGO charged me 90 usd dollars for two tickets I did not purchase. Please do not use this app as it will automatically charge your credit card. I have yet to get my money back 3 days after the wrongful charge. I have zero receipts for this purchase in my associated email or in the application itself and the process for getting my money back has been a painful process. ### 1/5 — Flawed payment system can lead to hidden extra charges *2025-11-08, version 7.23.0* In my opinion the app has a flaw in terms of how the payment works. In certain cases, it penalizes for you trying to buy a ticket. If you are not extremely careful, you will end up having to pay extra money to compensate for this. Whenever you buy a ticket, they send you a receipt, give you your ticket and then they try to charge you. If the payment fails (because your card expired and you might not know this), they send you an email to pay. However that email looks a lot like the confirmation email they send you when the payment is successful. This is easy to ignore especially if you don’t speak German. If you do ignore it, they create a case with a debt collection agency. They ask you to pay the initial money PLUS 20€ for the fee of the agency and threaten you with a lawyer if you don’t. This looks almost like a scum. I tried to pay the ticket and I did get a receipt for it, it just that I haven’t realized my card expired. So now I have to pay a 20€ fine even though I didn’t do anything wrong. ### 3/5 — Vergleich zur alten MVG App *2025-11-07, version 7.23.0* Die neue App wurde modern und übersichtlich gestaltet, und ist besonders für Touristen nun benutzerfreundlicher geworden. Für regelmäßige Pendler hingegen waren viele Funktionen bei der alten Version praktischer umgesetzt. Ein wesentlicher Nachteil besteht darin, dass Verbindungen und aktuelle Abfahrten für Stationen nun nicht mehr gleichzeitig angezeigt und mit einander verglichen werden können. However I can’t show the ticket as my purchase history says no tickets have been purchased- even though the email receipt and bank statement both show I purchased a ticket. Jeden Tag benutze ich sie mindestens einmal und alles klappt gut. Noch dazu sieht sie wunderschön aus und ist übersichtlich. Vor allem im Vergleich zu anderen Mobilitätsapps wirklich sehr gut. Und es gibt immer wieder Updates die alle zeigen, dass hier noch weiter fleißig verbessert wird. Als Münchner ist das einfach schön zu sehen, Danke! ### 5/5 — Eigentlich vorbildlich *2026-01-23* … mit tollen, gut durchdachten Funktionen, aber eine Sache nervt sehr: völlig unberechenbar nach wenigen Minuten oder manchmal auch länger löscht sich die herausgesucht Fahrt. Man muss dann alles von neuem eingeben. Besonders unpraktisch ist das, wenn man bereits unterwegs ist und nachgucken möchte, an welcher Stelle zum Beispiel der Anschluss genau abfährt. Leider ist dann gerade alles weg. Wäre schön, wenn es eine Möglichkeit gäbe, Fahrten zu speichern und nicht nur Favoriten. Read about the MV Swipe option on some reviews & decided to use that, It really is simple to use & save you having to use ticket machines that you are unfamiliar with or has people behind you when your trying to work it out. Just open the app (add another traveler if required)swipe right to start app which uses you location services to establish what station your at - travel to your destination station & simply swipe left to finish your journey.
