It’s also a fantastic opportunity to win some real money! The only downside I have to mention is that after installing the app, I deposited $40 in the hope of claiming the $10 free play bonus. Unfortunately, I never received this bonus. Customer support was unresponsive and kept insisting that I had received the $10 bonus for making a deposit, despite the fact that there was no record of this in the app. The $10 signup bonus was present, but the deposit bonus was not. To make matters worse, I received a random email late at night informing me that my account had been credited $10 (with an expiration time of 6 hours). I promptly updated my app to use this bonus, but unfortunately, I didn’t see the email until the morning, and the $10 had already expired. There is ZERO app support evident, and no way to get past this - no double authentication or any more modern, secure method for account reset. The UX with lost passwords is beyond frustrating. You enter both password hints and then try to reset the password, only to fail based on the previous step (hints). Why not fail the process out immediately if those questions aren’t answered before the password prompt. Also, the word “confirm” on the password reset screen says “confirm.” I loved this product before I got locked out, and it’s really frustrating that I can’t self resolve (at best) or have access to some sort of technical support apparatus. I work in product, so I see how much friction and frustration my experience causes me and can only imagine others are experiencing the same.
