This app is so useless. You have to scroll through hours of classes that are in the past to get to the present. The interface isn’t readable, you can’t see relevant information when you open without clicking through a lot of irrelevant things. It’s just really sad

This is the only app that is supposed to have search function but doesn’t have it. It’s like a electronic paper version. Defeat the purpose. You use your eyes to do the search. In this AI age it is like going back to medieval times. Obviously the developers never use it.

The review stars says it all! The app product mangers and developers do not use it most likely and they don’t seem to care about it. If that is the case they should feel shame about it. I say these from the point of view of a software developer.

Seriously this has got to be the worst app ever. No log in save, forced resign in every launch, and requires new password every single time. Plus no way to set preferred location. Plus app reservations often get lost so when I arrive I’m still not registered for a class. Ugh

I tried using my username and password from the old app and it didn’t work. I changed my password and it still didn’t work. Now it’s asking for payment information. This is not working and now I can’t sign up for class tonight. Blech.

### 2/5 — Save your preferred location?!

The most frustrating part of this app for me is that you cannot set a preferred location. It should allow you to set a preferred location  and then toggle out of that club if you want to see other locations.  I also hate that if you click on a future date to see what’s out there on the schedule, the circle still is placed on todays date but an empty circle over the date you want. The circle should only be around the date you want to look at. 

Half the time I sign up through the app, I get to class and the instructor says I’m not on the list - very annoying for members and trainers. I see it happen to others all of the time as well.
