Много зле. Уж органите на реда и министерствата трябва да са с най-добри сайтове и приложения а това е под всякаква критика. Все изписва грешка че не можеш да се регистрираш, колкото и да опитваш все не става. За пореден път някой е прибрал пари за нищо. Браво :)
