Unfortunately I am unable to link the vest to the app. This diminishes the functionality of the vest. The sweater works as I plugged in the battery and heats up but I have no idea what setting it is set at and I cannot connect it to Bluetooth. ### 1/5 — Walmart would connect to clothing I have tried everything. *2023-12-08, version 3.2.18* I bought heated thermals brand new. I charged everything up with the batteries in it turned them off, then turned them on they would not connect. I waited 10 minutes. I open the app. I closed it still nothing. I turned the garments on and off. Still nothing I manually turn Bluetooth on, and then off still nothing they need to work on getting the app to connect to the clothing. ### 2/5 — Not Practical *2023-11-13, version 3.2.18* Either the jacket selection button or the application; when selecting to turn "Off" doesn’t shut down completely. You see the jacket button as what it’s turned off. But the reality, it doesn’t shut down the battery. Therefore, the jacket keeps on heating up, till the battery is physically turned Off. Not practical. Either way, why having an application or a switch/button on the jacket if it doesn’t turn it Off ??? It needs to be rethought or updated if it can be done. It’s too bad because the application as it all except . . . The socks one of them stopped working and the gloves the same. Thank goodness for Costco awesome customer service I returned it and grabbed a new one right away. Now the pants and parka I grabbed the wrong size and it’s a week and still have no resolution after one week they just replied. Now the app the only thing I struggle with is when I go from cold area to a warm area I would like a quick bottom to place the heated gear to minimum all of them at the same time until I go back to the cold. That would save me battery and all. To the people stating their Costco gloves do not sync to the app…they’re not supposed to. There’s a button on the outside top of the glove. Charge the battery and zip it into the glove. Press and hold the button on the glove for about 5 seconds and the glove turns on high (red). A quick press changes the % of heat to yellow-75%, green-50%, blue-25% To turn off, press and hold the button again for about 5 secs. I will say, I am not super happy with the heat the gloves produce, even on high. The palm side of my fingers still get really cold and I frequently have to pull my fingers out and hold my hand in a ball inside the glove. ### 5/5 — App Doesn’t Find Gloves *2022-12-23, version 3.1.1 (586)* As many others have written, this app immediately finds the socks and works flawlessly but does not connect to the gloves. However, the gloves actually have a button on them that you can push so they don’t really need the app which is actually preferred in my opinion. I wish the socks had the same button but I’m guessing since they will go through the wash they didn’t want to risk having them fail because of water damage. ### 5/5 — Literally easiest Bluetooth connection ever *2022-11-10, version 3.1.1 (586)* Turn on vest. Controls heat levels for my socks and vest smoothly. I used to have other warming garment but app was buggy. So changing to Mobile Warming was smart decision. Very satisfied!
