It was a very pleasant surprise. My breakfast was delivered quickly and it was actually very nice and hot. And price is descent. Not massive choice, but there’s something for vegetarians as well as meat eaters. Very happy! My scrambled eggs made my day! ### 5/5 — Food delivery while traveling! *2025-02-08* The future is awesome! ### 1/5 — Train does not show up on app! *2024-07-25* We were traveling on one of the EIP trains and wanted to order food. We were constantly encouraged with advertisements to use the app to order food and I figured why not since we had a long journey and we’re pretty hungry. When I downloaded the app, it requested to choose our train which did not show up. Very unfortunate! **Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience. Given than the main use is on intercity trains, it really ought to handle poor internet connections gracefully. Nearly as bad, the design and user experience feels a decade out of date. Most of the time, it’s quite literally easier to walk to the gastronomy wagon than to order digitally. What a shame, as the WARS food and service is, in fact, quite good…too bad this app isn’t. **Developer response:** App doesn't work without device location permission because without it we can not verify your order and can not show you customize list of trains. We are really sorry that the app didn't meet your expectations.
