We were traveling on one of the EIP trains and wanted to order food. We were constantly encouraged with advertisements to use the app to order food and I figured why not since we had a long journey and we’re pretty hungry. When I downloaded the app, it requested to choose our train which did not show up. Very unfortunate!

**Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes, poor internet connectivity on train routes can affect the performance of the app. Best regards!

I’ve order caffe and sparkling water over this app, 2h late I’ve left the train with no drinks 🤷🏼‍♂️ No f()£k given literally.

Even on the newest EIP trains, this app is never a smooth experience. Given than the main use is on intercity trains, it really ought to handle poor internet connections gracefully. Nearly as bad, the design and user experience feels a decade out of date. Most of the time, it’s quite literally easier to walk to the gastronomy wagon than to order digitally. What a shame, as the WARS food and service is, in fact, quite good…too bad this app isn’t.

Zamówienia są ignorowane i po jakimś czasie znikają. Ani komunikatu o przyczynie, ani słowa przepraszam.

Nie jestem osobą zostawiającą opinie ale jestem w szoku. Próbowałam złożyć zamówienie przez aplikacje, pierwsze 3 razy zamówienie po „złożeniu” nie pojawiało sie na liście zamówień, tak jakby nie zostało złożone, lecz koszyk był pusty. Po zapoznaniu sie z problemami aplikacji, postanowiłam spróbować jeszcze raz, tym razem aplikacja zamkneła sie sama po kliknięciu zamów. Po około 10 minutach przyszedł do mnie bardzo miły pan krzycząc na mnie, że po co ja zamawiam jak on mi to już 7 raz odrzuca i mi tego tu nie przyniesie, bo u niego jestem oddalona o 400km! Poinformowałam pana, że ja nawet nie wiedziałam, że zamówienie zostało złożone, bo nie pokazywało się na liście i nie było ŻADNEJ informacji, że było odrzucone. Ja podziękuje za takie traktowanie i nigdy nie skorzystam z tej aplikacji, ani usługi barowej.

Zamówienie zostało złożone i potwierdzone czas oczekiwania 15 min gdzie czekałem ponad godzinę i nikt nie przyniósł zamówienia

I was riding EIP 4500 and the WARS was open and through the speakers passengers were encouraged to order using the app. Given the train was quite full, I wanted to order via the app but alas the train did not show up in the listing of trains with Open WARS service.

I didn’t even know that ordering a meal to your seat was an option on the train. It was a very pleasant surprise. My breakfast was delivered quickly and it was actually very nice and hot. And price is descent. Not massive choice, but there’s something for vegetarians as well as meat eaters. Very happy! My scrambled eggs made my day!

The idea is great, but it has only worked once for me. Every other time I'm on the train it never shows up as open. What's the point of having the app?
