I just updated days for “bug fixes” and now I can’t use the categories tabs whatsoever as every single option loads a blank screen **Developer response:** Thank you for reporting the issue. You may need to update the app to the latest version and try again. If the problem persists, you can contact us and we will handle it as soon as possible. ### 2/5 — Hard to see the detail of pictures *2023-05-22* Needs a pinch and zoom function for photo’s so we can see the details. When I unboxed the first package I found a crack on the screen. Immediately reported the case with them and it was within 5 hours since I got it. Once I received their response I brought it back to the store. And soon to find out I loss nearly 700$ because of my bad luck. They claimed it was my fault to brake the BNIB monitor and quote "nothing we can do about it". It was bullying from such a big guy like Mwave to an individual customer. If anything like this happens at JB or David Jones I believe I would have a chance to get a replacement right away. If you find a same product that is sold elsewhere avoid Mwave at all cost. They are practically similar to insurance firms who only try their best to maximize the sale and do not give a damn to customers. Was trying to build a PC for a 3000 series GPU from them and then this happens. I'll go somewhere else. My biggest disappointment in a very long time. ### 1/5 — BullS***T APP *2020-09-06* Tried on two occasions to by stuff, everything looked ok after I finished putting in the required info was later told that I hadn’t paid. App has some BIG issues on IOS. In a further report, I keep getting told that there is still stuff in my cart that I need to pay for, even after I have deleted the app and closed my account. I think these guys are so enamoured with the fact, as a tech company, they have an app that they haven’t thought through the consequences of what happens if it doesn’t work, and therefore damaging their reputation as a technology supplier. Come back next week for an update, if I still have access. In a further aside it doesn’t surprise that their phones are currently not working???? ### 1/5 — Poor Customer Service *2020-06-08* Placed an order 6 May and still waiting. MWave were extremely happy to take my money, but trying to get the purchased product is proving extremely difficult. Tried to check the order status online, given the guarantee of being contacted within 24 hours. Well that was nearly a week ago and still no communication with anyone. Not sure what you have to do to find out where your hard earned money has gone, as there is no one manning the phones. There’s no updates on their website as to any unanticipated delays (other than COVID), but all other businesses are experiencing the same “unprecedented” issues and appear to be delivering and managing customer service.
