However, an error messaged popped up in the app says that the request cannot be processed and it also told me I have to choose another doctor. When I am trying to choose another one, it asked me to pay for another consultation fee. I was wondering what happened to the 500php that I paid initially to the first doctor I tried to reach out and asked their support for a refund because I wasn’t checked by the doctor nor even messaged me to reschedule or what. Their support team never replied me back on how to resolve the refund issue and up until now, I never heard anything back from them. It is a frustrating experience for me and won’t ever use this app again for teleconsult. ### 1/5 — Not following scheduled appointments *2023-09-03, version 4.41* I recently had a frustrating experience with the mWell app while trying to schedule a consultation with an ENT doctor for my allergic rhinitis. I downloaded the app on a Saturday, eager to book an appointment with the soonest available specialist, Dr. Arbizo, who was listed as available at 1:30 pm. However, at 12:45 pm on the same day, I received a call from an unknown number, which turned out to be from mWell. They informed me that Dr. Arbizo wasn't actually available at 1:30 pm and asked if we could reschedule for the following day, Sunday, at 8 am 👀 This was frustrating, but I decided to go along as I had already paid upfront through their app. Furthermore, mWell pushed me to install and create a Viber account because the doctor would call me through that platform, which seemed unnecessary since the call could have been done within their app. Fast forward to the next day, from 8:00 to 8:05 am, there was no sign of Dr. Arbizo. Instead, I received an email from mWell stating that the doctor had missed the appointment and suggested that I 'process' a refund via email 🤯 In summary, my experience with Dr. Arbizo and mWell left me disappointed and inconvenienced. For those considering mWell, be cautious, as the doctors on their platform may not be as professional and available as they seem on the app 💀 You might want to explore alternatives like the KonsultaMD app or opt for face-to-face consultations in the future. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2023-05-17, version 4.20* I was booked for consultation but got my video call dropped twice, after failure connecting via video call they gave advice to call me via Viber app for voice consultation instead. I needed an immediate consultation as this was advertised in their app, but unfortunately they did not deliver. After saying the doctor will call me via viber, I was told that they will call me the following morning instead. I waited but no call or even a message I received from them. I asked for a refund and filed a report but I did not even receive a response. Such a waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — Need a lot of improvements *2021-08-14, version 2.0.0* I booked and got confirmed schedule BUT the doctor is not in. I even waited for almost 25 mins on the vid call but nobody showed up. I paid, i waited, wasted time for nothing!!! If i dint email your customer support, I wouldn’t know that appointment wont push through. This needs a lot of improvement but dont make me your test client. Suggest that you text or email your patient right if appointment wont push through coz i waited already for this slot of mine. The price for their Healthsavers Plan is reasonable — I got a free accident insurance. I get to talk to a GP without waiting. The Doctor is friendly, looked professional even while she’s consulting from home. Discovered that they have an mWellness Score. It is connected to my Apple Health, so it helped me get a sense of my health levels on a daily basis. It feels good to see whenever I get a higher score, it meant that I have done the minimum requirement to be healthy, which is a really good start for an office employee like me.
