It’s always saying connection time out, pls try again later since February and I’ve downloaded on it other devices to dual check but it’s still the same problem. I’ve tried over 6 times to get user ID and OTP. SMS came only twice and registration failed. It’s a clear indication there is no accountability on the part of the developers or the project was designed to fail. SAD!!!! UPDATE It requires a lot of patience. Problem includes delayed generation of OTP by TELCOS. Try at night or randomly. Got mine about 5pm.
