I signed up expecting a platform comparable to Jobber or Housecall Pro, as suggested in their marketing — a full-service tool with CRM, scheduling, and job management.

Instead, I found a very limited system focused almost entirely on creating estimates and invoices. There’s no real dashboard, no clear navigation, and no access to broader features. The interface feels unfinished and confusing, and it’s hard to even explore the platform beyond the estimate assistant.

Customer “management” is extremely basic — more like a simple list than a real CRM. No scheduling, no job tracking, no automation — nothing close to what competitors offer.

Honestly, this feels like something I could replicate with AI tools in minutes. I don’t see how this justifies a $49/month subscription.

If this is meant to compete with real field service platforms, it’s not even close.

The AI chat to create estimates is intuitive and creates proposals in minutes, I was able to submit all my bids with no delays and they all look professional.
