Lots of loading errors, slow response, chat feature locks up. Even the website is marginal. I was sent the wrong product and argued with the customer service for three weeks before I was able to be promised a full refund and then they didn’t end up refunding me fully and still charged me fees. When I tried to bring up the issue again they just automatically close my support ticket without responding to me. FB marketplace place still much better: ### 1/5 — Endlessly frustrating experience *2025-12-11, version 3.7.2* I have been using MxLocker since 2023. Both as a buyer and seller. I looked at my history and I’ve paid roughly $600 in seller/processing fees in that amount of time. The experience leaves much to be desired. The app has been consistently buggy. It seems there are constantly situations that pop up that MxLocker isn’t prepared for in terms of having policies/procedures for and it’s EXTREMELY frustrating. It feels as though it’s being run by teenagers with no business/professional experience. Their fees are even higher than EBAY so it’s among the highest on the planet in terms of its genre and service. I am paying a premium for your listing/selling/buying service. Yet the experience is as if I’m dealing with a bunch of 6th graders on amateur hour. The app has had issues, the process has had issues. And I’ve pleaded and begged with your CS reps for help for years and they’re not very understanding or even very helpful. It’s usually a matter of me having to explain to them 3-4 different ways the same issue and insist insist and insist on there legitimately being an issue before they acknowledge. And yet the issues are not often fixed. Still having notification issues leading me to look like a jack@&$ to my buyers and not get things shipped on time. Along with a very VERY unideal interface on the website. I don’t know how many times I’ve spent 10-15 minutes writing up an ad and try to go live with it and the app freezes and I lose the whole draft. And the way in which you select the bike fitment when selling a part is atrocious and overly time consuming and, quite frankly, ineffective. I wish you would listen to the customers who are USING the app and putting money in your pocket expressing these frustrations. After this many years, I expect more. I’m tired of paying you to be your BETA tester and pointing out your issues to you only for you not to listen. ### 1/5 — Somthing every rider should know about mx locker *2025-10-25* I paid 3.5k for A kit suspension that had perfect pics and stated in the description excellent condition - and when i ask seller about them …race ready. Was the reply. The kit came in. When i was putting them on i noticed one of the fork guard bolts stripped out to the point its non repairable and immediately contacted seller and mx locker. The day the package was delivered. And to start with they offered me a partial refund and i stated i was in no position to say no but i would still be at a huge loss because this damage is to the start device side of the fork and this for is not repairable and i would never sell this to anyone knowing this. Then the claimed i was at fault for the damage and never would respond to anything after that ### 1/5 — Keep trying this app *2025-10-05, version 3.6.5* Disappointed every time. Most recently seems to just be new gear now for retail prices. Searched for boots by the brand i want and by my size. The particular pair i am looking for turns up in the results for retail price. I think okay well let’s try it. Out of stock. What? Bought a few times through , gave them over 24hrs to cancel a order before it was even shipped. Went through customer support and everything. They didn’t want to issue a refund. Rather loose customers.
