One of the worst version icon I ever had in my entire life so many hidden fees $40 for chargeback!!!

This is my first time using a merchant processing app so I have nothing to compare it to. However, when I tried using the camera feature the app crashes I’m assuming because my camera isn’t connected to the app, but I’m not seeing the option to add my camera on the app anywhere.

Horrible customer service.  We use the credit card processor for our business and (never a huge fan), however the last 3 weeks have been HORRIBLE…so bad we can’t even process a credit card at all today 😡😡😡. WE ARE A RESTAURANT. We have already called for a new service.  STAY AWAY

Been using this app for work for coming up on a year after switching. Never has had an update. If you type something wrong and have to backspace the numbers, the app just crashes and closes itself immediately having to restart the transaction… please fix

Tried for the first time today.  The app will let you process a card, but that’s it.  No extras, no options, no info, no nothing.  Supposed to be able to scan the card with the camera and avoid manual entry.  Didn’t work.  Processor is supposed to automatically add a 3% surcharge for cards.  Not in the app.  There’s $50 down the hole I’ll never see again.  The app stinks.
