## What is My 050?

My 050 is a service that allows you to place cheap phone calls to regular phone numbers in Japan and any other country in the world.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES FOR 050 NUMBER HOLDERS:
- Unlimited free calls between My 050 users
- Free access to 0120 Free Dial numbers
- Receive free calls from any other phone
- Call forwarding service from your 050 IP-number to any number in Japan or abroad

FEES:
On September 1st, 2022, we will introduce the following two My 050 Number Service fees:
- an application fee of 550 yen
- a maintenance fee of 550 yen, every 6 months

Users who subscribe before September 1st, 2022 or those who apply for the service via our authorized agents will not pay the maintenance fee until April 1st, 2023.

Add credits to your account (by credit card, PayPal, or at convenience stores in Japan with My Payment) and enjoy some of the lowest calling rates in the market!

Please note that in order for us to issue a 050 number, the law requires that we get from the user personal identification valid in Japan.

If no valid personal identification can be provided, we can issue a Brastel account without a 050 number, in which case, all calls, including those to other My 050 users, will be charged. The maintenance and application fees do not apply in this case.

ちょっとした通話で受けるだけなら無料なのでメインと分けて使用していました。事業主なのですが、メインの番号のみだとどこかで情報が漏れて不用な入電が煩わしいので、こちらの番号に助けていただいてました。2年ほど海外にでており使用しておらず、本日思い立って使用を再開するためチャージしようとしたのですがうまくできず、サポートへ連絡したところ、女性の方でしたが本当に親切に対応してくださいました。こちらの口コミは辛辣ですが、使用目的によって感じ方は様々かと思います。550円6ヶ月毎はサービスを維持していく上では仕方ないと思いますし、新規登録が以前より煩雑になっているのは犯罪に利用されないようにするため、または利用されてしまった場合で情報開示が必要なときに提示するためだと思われます。知り合いの祖母が2024年頃、振込め詐欺に遭ってしまってそのときの詐欺師達がブラステルのユーザーでいくつも番号を保有していたと聞かされましたので、会社にとってはかなり大きな損失だったと思います。恐らくその後から慎重に見直され改訂されたのではと思います。私はマイナンバー取得していないのでもうユーザーにはなれないのですが、サブで使用するには大変便利でした。

050の番子を使いたくてアプリをダウンロードしたが、番号もらうまでの記入が物凄く多く、最後にマイナンバーカード（個人番号伏せた状態）で撮影。自分の顔の撮影。しばらくしたらカスタマーから住民票を撮影して送って欲しいとの事でそれを撮影してメール添付。すると今度は住民票そのものを会社に送れとの事。貸金業の詐欺みたいに感じたので送付やめました。利用するのに手間がかかる。
これはあくまで個人的に思った事ですが、参考までに評価しておきます。

本当にやばい。おそらくカスタマーセンターにも技術者がサポートしないらしく、トラブルがあって問い合わせしても、ただの通信環境問題で繋ぎませんと終わり、笑😆

久々電話を使おうと利用したら使えないのでコールセンターへ問い合わせしたら警察からの連絡で強制解約してくれとのことで解約されていますだと？？？
犯罪も法的にも犯すことしてない人間に意味わかんねぇ？
どの警察からか教えてくれと聞いたがお答え出来ませんって何処へ連絡したらいいんだ！！
まだ残金残ってて強制解約の意味わからん？？
こんなアプリ使わない方がいいわ！！

サポートさんが不機嫌で、更に、電話途中で切るようになったのは、140円の維持費とるようになった頃だと思います。
　他の方が触れておいでなので、書く気になりました。
初めは目を丸くしていましたが、その後アレコレ見回すと、新旧財閥のような大手にまでその傾向が増しており、人々おりこうに受け入れているご様子。「カスハラ」という語に違和感を感じない方には、便利なツールとも言えると思います。
　もっと、サポートも含めて総合的に良いアプリを探していますが、期待薄だし。
　大昔、学校で、製品選択の幅を制限し少品種大量生産をはかるシステムを、高圧的マーケティングと習いました。財ではなくサービスで今それが起こり、消費者有権者の皆様がひたすら支持。時代ですね。(家畜化)。
　僕は、拮抗力が必要だと思いますし、自由競争がそれを支えるべきと信じますので、星一つ。のさばる会社にきちんと批判を浴びせるのは良い事なんですよ。面倒くさいけど。^_^

かかってきた電話に出ると切れる、話し中に第三者から電話がかかってくると切れる。話し中にも突然切れるのは日常茶飯事。いい加減にしろ。使えないから乗り換え先を検討中。

そもそも着信があっても電話が鳴らないし、転送設定していると、自分のIP番号が表示されて
誰から電話がきていのかわからない！！！

メールでカスタマーセンターに問い合わせするも、こちらの質問をよく理解せずに、フォーマット通りの返信をしてきて、めっちゃイライラした。

こんな電話、使いづらい！！
まだチャージ残金があるけど、返金してくれるか問い合わせしてみる。

お店の電話としてＩＰ電話を使ってみようとこちらのアプリを使ってみました。
電話が来ても、着信音が鳴らないということが多々あり、
とても困り、問い合わせの電話をしてみたところ「アプリを削除し、また再取得してログインし直してください」
と言われその通りやってみたものの、その時は直るのですがまた翌日には着信音が鳴らず後から着信履歴だけ残っている状態になりました。

途方に暮れ、再度電話で対処法を確認したところ、わたしの理解力の無さが相手の方をイライラさせてしまったのか、電話対応をしていた男の人に電話の途中で切られてしまいました。

その後こちらの会社（ブラステル）から、着信拒否をされてしまった様で何度電話をかけてもツーツーと音が鳴ってすぐに切れて一切繋がらなくなってしまいました。

困り果てて、他の電話番号から電話をかけてみたらすぐに繋がりました。
やはり着信拒否をされたようです。

そんな対応をされるとは、驚きました。会社としてあり得ません。

その後も着信音は鳴らない時が多いので、今も困ってます。
