## What is My 100 Things?

The best time to start is now.

It's simple:
Write down 100 things you want to do, try, or become this year. Then watch yourself make them happen.

It works:
You're 42% more likely to achieve a goal just by writing it out. Something shifts when you put it on paper. It stops being a vague wish and starts feeling possible.

You won't finish everything:
That's the whole point. 100 things gives you room to aim high. What you reach for matters more than what you check off.

What you get:
- Track 100 goals across categories
- See your friends' progress and celebrate together
- Monthly themes that change with the seasons
- Share milestone cards at 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%
- Invite friends with your personal link

By December, you'll look back and see how far you've come. Not just what you finished, but who you became along the way.

Your year is waiting. Start your list.

### 5/5 — Seriously one of my new favorite apps

*2026-01-05*

I love this app. I am consistently thinking of new things I want to do/stop doing during my year and it’s so awesome to have an app where I can write them all down. Now when I do something, I think to myself “this is one of my 100 things!” and it makes me feel more accomplished. It’s something to come back to and keep your year on track. I love that I can see my friends’ lists and track their progress so I can get insight into their journeys and we can help keep each other accountable. 100% recommend this to anyone and everyone!
