Can’t create an account. Tells me my info is incorrect. Same info on my delivery ticket and statement.

I would not recommend this company.  They lie to you, cannot get anyone to give you a straight, truthful answer, always late on your orders.  If I could give it a zero star I would

I am so grateful that 180 Medical had an app. I confirm my order using the app every month, I just use my face to log in, and I can even let them know my doctor has or hasn’t changed before it’s time for a new prescription. Last thing, it’s also convenient to track my shipments on the app too. Keep up the great work!

Been using 180 medical for about little over 3 years. Never had a hiccup in deliveries. People wanna complain about companies I had two before this that were complete garbage. It’s all up to your Dr and The company to relate. If the company is giving you a hard time 99 percent of the issue is your insurance and Dr. not the company. Because I had couple similar situations but it got handled right away once I got on it. 
180 has sent me temporary Catheters until I received my Dr orders.

Application is nice. Easy to stay up to date at a glance. Needs a bit more refinement. Will not rotate to landscape on my iPad. Minor issue. App is not really needed, though. Throughout the years that I have been with 180medical, their customer service has been spot on awesome.
