Customer support was awesome and quick to respond by email to inform me of update status and even provided a free app for the inconvenience. OLD REVIEW: Apparently this is not updated for iOS 9. You can customize the voice, but when you try to upload a picture the whole app crashes. Very disappointing. I'm glad I didn't pay more for it since the main feature I wanted does not work. If you want something customizable, I'd look elsewhere.
