Its working on old iphone 12 pro but on this phone its crashing. Restart!! Resinstall! Relogin everything tried. On app no option for support for this kind of things. Click on Search Customer ID based on Society and area then fill the deatils when you reach to enter mobile number the key board is not going away after entering number and in keyboard there is no option to click on done so user can close number keyboard… and because of this I’m not able to click on “Get OTP”. So basically it is not working and not nice UX! Launch app only if you have tested implementation with all devices and Operating system. Backfilling, watering, compaction, and final restoration are still pending, leaving the area unsafe and inconvenient. The transactions was made and credit to adani upi. Now it redirected back to application and application is asking for another payment laat payment was unsuccessful. I have check with BHIM upi it’s credited to beneficiary . I click on open again same popup to update the app frustrating cant pay my bill ### 1/5 — Billing Discrepancy *2026-03-25, version 3.0.21* I have raised tickets in the past to get the bill on a monthly basis but didn’t hear anything from your team and suddenly you have generated a massive bill with a deadline. Extremely poor communication and unprofessional from your billing team. ### 1/5 — Requests are not getting resolved and delayed by more than 10 days *2026-03-20, version 3.0.21* I created service request for pipeline modification for kitchen 10 days ago and I paid around 2600 rupees for the same 10 days ago. Nobody from Adani gas visited or called me even after 10 days. Very bad customer experience. Even after calling their customer service executives, issue is not resolved yet.
