The other app stores the customer ID in secure storage, but this app keeps asking the user to enter it. Please improve your app to be more user-friendly. ### 1/5 — Self billing option is crashing the app *2026-01-18, version 3.0.21* Adani is promoting Self billing option but when I click “Clock meter reading image” option app crashes on iPhone 17 pro max. On iPhone 15 pro max it captures the image but it doesn’t detect meter reading from the image. And hence submit is working. Execution quality is very poor and unskilled manpower being used for such a fire related job. Even gas was charged without inspection resulting multiple leakage observed by us on next day. Called Adani team for the same and rectified. Its working on old iphone 12 pro but on this phone its crashing. Restart!! Resinstall! Relogin everything tried. On app no option for support for this kind of things. Click on Search Customer ID based on Society and area then fill the deatils when you reach to enter mobile number the key board is not going away after entering number and in keyboard there is no option to click on done so user can close number keyboard… and because of this I’m not able to click on “Get OTP”. So basically it is not working and not nice UX! Launch app only if you have tested implementation with all devices and Operating system. Backfilling, watering, compaction, and final restoration are still pending, leaving the area unsafe and inconvenient. The transactions was made and credit to adani upi. Now it redirected back to application and application is asking for another payment laat payment was unsuccessful. I have check with BHIM upi it’s credited to beneficiary . Nobody from Adani gas visited or called me even after 10 days. Very bad customer experience. Even after calling their customer service executives, issue is not resolved yet.
