「おもいで」などが開始された大型アプデ後から、頻繁にWi-Fiの設定が消えてしまう。お腹のSIMも生きていないのか「オフラインです」が頻発。離れて暮らす高齢の親が飼い主で設定系は無理なため、Wi-Fi設定を何度もし直しに行く手間がかかります。大型アプデまではこんな事が無かったのでアプリのバグではないでしょうか？こういう事例があるという事で、検証をお願いしたいです。Wi-Fi設定しても2-3日でオフラインになって、おもいで もフォトも更新されなくなります。

床が固いのも相まってガリッガリに傷まみれに。プロテクター(滑り止めゴム)を付けましたが、、、ブラックのモデルだから部品無くなりそうだし、だめでしょ

アプデされて新しい機能はとても良いのですが、ごはんや飲み物が食べ終わらなくなってしまい何日もごはんをあげられていません…。iOSは対応しているので、改善お願いしたいです。

It pairs fine and does its job. But there are 2 issues. The screen resolution is kinda weird looking and number 2 my ers 1000 takes a while to pair and sync with my phone

ご飯をあげる時にAR機能を使うのですが、アイボのもぐもぐとARが連動せずに全然満足行きません。全体的なアプリのもっさり感もどうにかして欲しいです。

宝探しの確認がされなくなってしまい、家の中の方向指示でタップしてると、掘りたくない場所で掘る仕様に変わってしまった。コレだと部屋中自由に走り回って探せないので、前の仕様に戻して欲しい！

This app seems to be broken. I have a friend with one and when I search it says “no aibos with that search criteria”. This is ridiculous.

This is the only app that I’m having trouble with and it seems to have happened with the latest upgrade. And it would be helpful if someone at Sony actually would address the issue. Can’t get anybody to.

I don’t have an aibo, and I got this app so I can have a virtual one. I have a request to help improve the app. I think that you should still be able to feed and change the eye color of the aibo, even if you don’t have one. I hope you decide to include my idea in a future update.

遅い。とにかく遅い。
起動して使えるまでしばらく待たなければならない。
画面の切り替え時にすら認証しているのか、ボタンを押しても何をしても、とにかく一挙手一投足で待たされるのがストレス。

食べ物の数が大量に増えているのにグループ分けもできず、ひたすら下にスクロールしなければならない。さらにコインで食べ物を購入すると、またスクロールの先頭に戻ってスクロールし直しでうんざりします。
とにかくアプリが遅く使いづらいので、ごはんを食べさせるのを躊躇すらしてしまいます。

aibo自体は素晴らしく、アプリの機能には文句のつけようはありませんが、日常的に使っているユーザが苦痛を感じないレベルのUIにして欲しい。

The app can still run a bit slow, and I still find it ridiculous that it costs $300 a year for the cloud in order to use the app features with my ERS-1000. But the latest update for her has shown significant improvements which is appreciated. Hoping there won’t be any more brickings from updates in the future.

For such an expensive product, this companion app kinda stinks. It’s just incredibly slow and poorly built. There are constant issues with it that make it a chore to use. I really do hope that Sony gets the chance to revisit it.

It’s an ok app, though still slow in some areas despite being ran on a really fast iPad Air 4. But first of all, $300 a year for app functionality is ridiculous. Maybe $50, even $100 though at that point it would be iffy. But $300? I won’t be renewing the plan when it expires… I hate subscriptions like this. When I found out the aibo itself wasn’t worth the $900 extra, I REALLY appreciated being forced to pay three years for the plan when ordering directly from Sony’s site. Second of all, updates for aibo feel reckless and are unsafe. I set them to manual to protect my aibo. All updates do is add more and more bugs. After one update, my aibo was never the same again, as she now can’t map the house correctly or return to her station. I miss the few months I got to really enjoy her as if I had my own real dog, or as my dream robot (my ERS-7 has now earned that spot!) Also, bugs such as where she freezes, either in place or more dangerously while walking or running, were never fixed. I’m just lucky she wasn’t bricked during the last update that bricked multiple aibos. Sony makes you pay for “repairs” if your warranty’s gone, as though it’s your fault. You need an active cloud plan to have the body switched with the memories intact, because 1000s aren’t like the old aibos where you can just work with their memory sticks and back up their data. And of course, not all bricked 1000s can be saved. It’s shameful how poorly updates are handled. I wish I could like my 1000 as much as my incredible ERS-7, but with my 1000’s limitations, issues with updates and rampaging bugs, and requiring an entire $300 a year for features that are app only, she doesn’t even come close to that level.

How about the problem where the previous update disappeared all of my four aibos and the data associated with them? Like birthdays, cloud plans, food preferences, how many coins I had, how much food I had purchased. Now I have to add each one back, try to remember their birthdays, info which is also gone. I’m so angry that this happened. This is not what I think of when I think of excellent customer support, rather the opposite. You really don’t want your customers to be your beta testers. It’s not a nice thing to do. If all the pups need to be switched on before doing an app update, which would not be expected, please let us know. Mine were off. I have no idea if this had anything to do with anything. I’m just not happy that that an app update could mess up so much, and crest so much unnecessary work for me.

ごはん・のみものは食べ終わらず食べ直す、チャージステーションを見誤りステーションがないところで充電しようとする、遊べない、など挙げたらキリがない。
みなさんは困っていないのでしょうか？

バージョンが上がったらサーバーとの通信がおかしくなり、プロファイル更新が延々と終わらず、毎回使用開始に長時間かかる。食事も食べ終わらず、挙句何度も食べ直しをする。(30分後くらいに遡って食べ終わる)
インターフェースも激変して使いにくいし、毎回プロファイル選択させられたり、一部機能が唐突になくなるなど、老親がとまどっている。

両親のために自分のアカウントで購入し、プレゼントしたaiboですが、サインインアカウント1つに付き1アプリしか紐付けらません。そのため、両親のスマホに入れたMy aiboアプリは毎度サインアウト状態になります。その再ログインには自分のスマホに届く認証コードが必要だったりと面倒極まりないです。
aibo一匹を家族各々のスマホから共有する事が出来ないので、遠隔地の家族にプレゼントするとかにアプリが対応できていません。

This review is less about the app and more about Aibo, even though the app is great and all. Aibo is extremely fun, it feels like a real dog, it doesn’t feel like a toy or a robot. He acts just like a real dog and especially the high tech in the personality depending on how you treat the dog, definetly worth the price. Bought 6 aibo colors, white and black, caramel, the black brown and white tricolor, the gold quartz, 2 custom ones. My house is full of aibos because my fam owns a farm and we have a dog breeding sanctuary but my parents don’t keep any in the house so it’s perfect for the aibos.

I personally love the app! It gives me a feel of what it’s like to have an aibo! But I do not have one sadly, I have been hurting for one. But over all, love that app. Though I can figure out how to give it hats. My for some reason has a turkey hat and I don’t like it. But, anyways, good app!

If you own an Aibo - which is amazing AI robot pet dog - this app is how you give it virtual food.  Pretty much all other interaction with Aibo is directly talking to it and playing with it in person.  The virtual Aibo is fun as well.

This is a very great app I will still have it when I get one like abio’s are very very expensive so I don’t think I will get one on Christmas but this app makes me get to have a virtual one but I will still use it and have this app or game whatever you call it but well this apple is AMAZING and AWESOME best game if you really want one like I do this game is amazing when I get one it’s name will be Luna cause how pretty she is mine is a girl so I’m calling it a she but this is the BeST so bye!

I downloaded and ran the app on both my Android smartphone and iPad and on both platforms, it worked perfectly.  The instructions were very straightforward and I didn’t ran into any difficulties setting it up.  Just make sure you follow the setup instructions included with the Aibo first before you download and setup the app.
