Similarly the lower coloured stripe displays as white instead of blue. But the wheelarch glitch is very recent, and also shows on the "Technical Data" page where the full option specification is shown. In terms of usefulness it's great when there aren't backend outages. Particularly useful to see after I've dropped off my vehicle at the Alpine service centre to see when they eventually bother to start working on it from its updated location and time, I can see that over a day after dropping it off, it hasn't moved from the car park outside. ### 3/5 — Na ja … *2026-07-18* Es ist nicht meine erste App. Ich hatte bereits einige andere. Und es war absoluter Standard, dass für den Fahrzeugzustand nicht nur die Angaben über die Verriegelung von Fenster, Türen und Kofferraum verfügbar waren, es konnte die Verriegelung auch über die App ausgeführt werden. Dementsprechend groß war meine Enttäuschung, dass hier lediglich die Gesamtfahrleistung einzusehen ist. Für diese Information eine eigene Kategorie „Fahrzeugzustand“ anzulegen ist eigentlich nur peinlich. ### 2/5 — Needs Work *2026-07-13, version 6.13.0* Firstly, Alpine’s in app review prompt will filter off anyone answering “No” when asked if they are enjoying the app and not direct to the App Store, so we’ll knock a star off straight away for trying to game reviews. The app functionality is hugely limited for A110 owners vs. other Alpine products and other brands. No remote lock or unlock. No vehicle status. No remote cooling. No journey history. A “privileges/store” screen that has been blank since day one. The only functionality is (very unreliable) TPMS and frustratingly, the service history, which could just be a book. For a premium brand’ premium product, it’s not good enough. ### 4/5 — A290 GTS *2026-07-07* Schön gestaltete App mit leichten Schwächen... -eine Öffnung- und Schliessfunktion wäre toll Und was ich noch nicht gefunden habe ist ob oder wie ich verschiedene Wallboxen benennen kann um diese in der App zu unterscheiden (Zuhause bzw. Arbeit) ### 3/5 — Not user friendly or updating *2026-06-13, version 6.12.1* The app lay out is ok, however there could be more features and the app continuously freezes and doesn’t update. I’ve tried reinstalling it, reconnecting it to my car and shutting it down. But the battery level is never correct, nor is the charging status and sometimes it won’t load at all. Trying to give it a chance but very sticky. ### 2/5 — Kein aktuellen Daten *2026-06-10* Bei der App scheint etwas nicht zu stimmen. Beim Aufrufen bekommt man immer einen 2 Stunden alten Stand des Autos mitgeteilt. Let’s me set a desired temperature before leaving the house so my car is warmed before I set off. I’m impressed so far. ### 3/5 — Pas mal… *2026-05-25* On est évidemment très loin de l’application de Tesla (la référence) mais il y a quand même de bonnes choses sur cette appli Alpine. Elle est un peu lente à s’ouvrir, dommage que la clim ou le chauffage soit limité à 10 mn avant de s’arrêter, et dommage que le volant chauffant ne puisse lui aussi être activé par anticipation, mais il y a aussi de bonnes choses, en particulier la facilité de programmer la recharge (mode quotidien 80%). ### 4/5 — Très bonne application *2026-05-23* L’application fonctionne très bien. Il serait intéressant d’ajouter quelques fonctions comme par exemple la possibilité de préparer un itinéraire et de l’envoyer vers la voiture pour qu’il s’affiche dès le départ ### 3/5 — Route planning needs improvement *2026-05-20, version 6.11.0* Overall the all is pretty good, but compared to Tesla’s there’s still a way to go. The main feature I’d like to see improved is the route planning. It doesn’t seem possible at the moment to add stops to the journey for example meaning that on a longer run you have to plan your journey in lots of short hops and that makes it harder to predict charging time and therefore overall journey time. ### 4/5 — Zeitgemäß *2026-05-19* Die Funktionen sind einfach zu regeln und die App gibt einen guten Überblick, hin und wieder Neuanmeldung erforderlich oder Verbindungsprobleme, daher 4 statt 5 ### 3/5 — Room for Improvement *2026-05-07, version 6.11.0* Once set up the app works well, although getting it set up took a call to Alpine customer services to get the car linked up. Fairly basic compared to other premium manufacturers, you can see what charge is available, set the climate, flash the lights, beep the horn. It would be nice to see the outside temperature and be notified the car has been left unlocked. On the whole its functional and fairly reliable ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Datenfreigabe fehlt über Nacht ? *2026-08-04* Seit heute benötigt die APP eine „neue“ Datenfreigabe ?! Warum ? Keine Änderung durch Anwender initiiert ? (wird diese Rezession genau so schnell gelöscht wie meine beiden vorherigen ?!) Danke ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-07-06, version 6.13.0* Literally nothing on the app works. A/C, lights or horn. All I get is error messages despite disconnecting from the car and restarting the whole process. t’s extremely buggy and way behind the competition in terms of features. On a good day your command may go to the car, most days you have to send it 3-4 times before it’s registered. It even updated the app) and as I logged in, the App randomly kicked me out and asked me to log back in. However this just fails due to never getting the access code to login with. So infuriating and I suspect a background app update may have taken place causing the issue, but yet to be confirmed. I have tried re-installing, checking junk folders and server for blocked emails etc, yet still I cannot access the app with my active and valid account. As a result of this issue, I can no longer track the GPS of my car in the incident of a theft, I am also unable to any of the other features only available in the app. I love the car, but such a shame the Renault built (and Alpine skinned) app is the core letdown for this product. Also Roof bars are a nightmare if you wanted to do the odd Kayak here and there, plus with the current 30+ degree temperatures here in the UK, being unable to enable the air-con in advance of entering the car has already caused issues as I could not touch certain elements of the car due to their sheer temperatures i.e. my seatbelt buckle, which was like touching a hot iron. Car is great, but the App seriously makes me question keeping the car if so much is reliant on the App working without issue. ### 1/5 — Latest upgrade *2026-06-13, version 6.12.1* Connection with car has dropped, boot up of app very poor. I work early morning, so need my car ready to go at 5:45am. I have set a schedule for the car to do just that and it’s does it all perfectly. Also this heat wave we are having, the intuitive app/car is controlling the car temperature to make driving around a pleasure. Any tips I need I can use the guides and they are super helpful.
