Twice I used this app with 2 DIFFERENT CARDS And had my money stolen from some scammer D O NOT USE THIS APP ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-01-07* Poorly made app, I really couldn’t think of a single positive thing to give the app itself in the way of a compliment. Beyond that the company itself is a scam, they’ll raise your prices to ridiculous monthly bills and put you in 2 year contracts without your consent or knowledge and charge fees when you try to escape rising prices. For reference my final bill trying to leave this company was $312. I live in a one bedroom apartment by myself and conserve energy constantly. ### 1/5 — Terrible ‘ *2021-12-08, version 1.5.8* This app is freakin TERRIBLE! It halfway loads, freezes, it’s absolute trash. I do struggle on putting info of my card due to the page not loading everything not even to click next on the app all it lets me is just card number and that is it. Can’t scroll down, won’t load the rest of the fields you fill in for your payment information. What a joke ### 1/5 — Update was unnecessary *2026-05-23, version 2.0.3* I’m not sure why the need to make an update. I had 1 profile and 2 accounts in it. For some reason now they have been separated and I had to create a new profile to see my account. Even then, I’m not even able to login here it says error although I can login online without an issue. Additionally, I can’t even see any of the bills, I try to download it or view and it just says error again. This error is also for online. Even the customer service was taking a long time to email me a copy of it because they couldn’t obtain it quickly. I don’t know why fix something that was totally fine. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-02-16, version 2.0.1* Just like their website, this app is garbage. Customer “support” is no help at all. Their site prompts you to use a different page to login if your account is newer than July 2024 but once you login using that site it immediately redirects you to the old login page where you originally started. This app must be linked to the old site somehow because my CORRECT credentials do not work with this app. It insists the username does not exist. Good thing I pay automatically because if I had to use their site or app it would be a constant hassle talking to them over the phone ### 1/5 — Don’t use it! *2025-10-07, version 2.0.1* If I could give it zero stars I would. EXTREMELY outdated, stalls and freezes and it just cost me $25 fee because the app said it processed my payment with a balance of $0 due then a week later I get a notice of disconnection due to non-payment. The app never submitted it to my bank. Everyone seems to have issues with making payment and instead of Amigo taking time to address issues within their app they just charged the customer fees. With the amount of money collected from fees I’m more than sure the company can hire a developer to bring this app up to date. I don’t understand how you are even still in competition market with other energy company with the services you are offering. Maybe because you offer the low price per kilowatt to keep your customer then charges fees for every little thing.
