MyAni really helps me stop scrolling. I love the feature that blocks those soul-draining apps—even when I just “quickly check” them. After five minutes, when the app is blocked again, I’m reminded that I’ve fallen back into a doomscrolling loop. I’ve never felt this present and aware!!!
