### 3/5 — Not too great

*2025-11-13*

It showed me the Aqi of a place 5 kms away and then just one more which has a worse AQI in the extended map 🙄

**Developer response:** The app displays the information available from the sensors around you, and shows the closest available

### 4/5 — AQI

*2025-02-14, version 2.9*

Why this app has to pay for update? This app should be free to help people to aware of their health to protect themselves.

### 3/5 — Needs improvement

*2023-10-07, version 2.5*

A great app which needs some attention. Why does it prompt me for notifications? Why does having two favourites in the same country mean I lose the flag?

### 3/5 — Was great but something funky going on now

*2023-06-26, version 2.2*

It is 2:30 EST in Ottawa. The AQI has been high (>200) for several days but is now starting to drop. But not as much as the app suggests. The reported AQI of 176 is about right but it seems to have instead assessed the O3 of 33.6 as the dominant pollution rather than PM2.5 (176) so now it is saying that the AQI is good when it should be saying moderate (?) risk.

There is apparently a bug somewhere …

### 2/5 — It does the job

*2023-06-12, version 2.2*

The app is okay but there’s no explanation on what all the different levels mean and you need to do your own homework on what’s considered safe levels. It’s bare bones.

### 4/5 — Question

*2022-02-20, version 2.0*

Where is the data coming from when it says Sarnia?

### 5/5 — Super app

*2021-10-10, version 2.0*

Very handy for us air breathers

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2021-08-31, version 2.0*

I’m so happy I found this app. I like to go walking every evening and this app lets me know if the air is breathable, so to speak.
I have Heath issues and I don’t want to be out when the air is unhealthy.

### 5/5 — Knowledge is Power

*2021-08-12, version 2.0*

Knowing and taking action is the key to surviving and thriving! Filter your air because a new set of healthy lungs 🫁 are not easy to acquire these days!

### 3/5 — Meh

*2021-07-03, version 2.0*

Updated

### 5/5 — 2nd review

*2021-03-12, version 1.13*

Added this app to all our devices.

It’s the old adage of no bells and whistles.
The information is clear and very accurate.
A BOLD emoji face is a great visual design.

All we want is it good or bad air and that’s what we get.

### 5/5 — Tam

*2020-10-29, version 1.12*

Very good app

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App Fails

*2025-01-13, version 2.9*

This app does not search major cities like Los Angeles, where we have fire. You cannot search this app for that information. And now I do not trust the accuracy of this information from where I am evacuated to. Do not get.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t show NO2

*2024-12-24, version 2.9*

This ad displays that the app shows NO2 levels. It does not.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-08-11, version 2.9*

Air quality figures need to be accurate for human health and safety. This app gives false information that is not remotely accurate, risking human health. Do not download!

**update - developers reached out to me stating they base their figures on New York State data. It is not national data and they do not indicate this while pushing their app.

Yikes.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-08-08*

Air quality figures need to be accurate for human health and safety. This app gives false information that is not remotely accurate, risking human health. Do not download!

**Developer response:** We are sorry if you face some issues, please tell us your location to check. However we are not giving false information but the one given organization.

In case of New York, the Air Quality Data is provided by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) (dec.ny.gov) and Air Now - US EPA (airnow.gov)

### 1/5 — Disponibilité…?

*2023-06-26, version 2.2*

Plein de villes non disponible… exemple Rimouski, Gaspé…

### 1/5 — Terrible data

*2023-06-08, version 2.2*

I live in the DC metro area and we currently have smoke from the Canadian wildfires. We have reduced visibility and the local TV weather says it’s Code Red- Maroon.
However this app says it’s Code Green w/score of 10! Says it’s using data from the local Geomagnetic observatory.
People seriously rely on this app and giving readings that are this far off can endanger the health of many of us with lung diseases. I’m deleting this app & looking for a different one as the data is garbage- at least for my area.

### 1/5 — Poor air quality

*2021-09-18, version 2.0*

It smells very smoky- but air quality is excellent

### 1/5 — Not enough cities to view

*2021-08-22, version 2.0*

I could only add 2 cities, that is why you got a bad rating

### 1/5 — Doesn’t cover the towns I need to know about.

*2020-10-02, version 1.12*

Couldn’t find any of the towns I needed to know about, so it was useless for me.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate

*2020-09-24, version 1.12*

Does not agree with website in my area.

*2024-09-25, version 2.9*

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-04-26, version 2.9*

I have COPD and being able to check the weather and especially the air conditions before I go out is very important. Some days I stay home if the air is to polluted. I’m very pleased to have found this program. It is important for my well being not just curiosity. Thanks Carol in Toronto

### 5/5 — Wow

### 5/5 — COPD and AQI App

*2023-11-09, version 2.7*

The app clarifies why on some days my breathing is more labored than others. Green is always good to go. Most useful for those with any breathing related issues. Thanks 🇺🇸

### 5/5 — Good idea

*2023-11-05*

Thanks

### 5/5 — I like this app!

*2023-07-04, version 2.2*

I’m a new subscriber to this App. Since I live in NE Ohio, this has been very helpful and helps me navigate my days outdoor.

### 5/5 — Excellent App

*2022-08-17, version 2.1*

With all that is going with the Air Quality It is important to have accurate information.

                         Thank you

### 5/5 — Asthma & my garden

*2022-06-08, version 2.0*

I had no idea why I was taking two and three breathing treatments per day until I added this app to my phone. On the Green Day’s I barely had to use an inhaler and on the yellow days I was using my nebulizer. Now I just look for the green smiley face and Green means go, yellow means whoa.
