Expensive and doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Effectively useless app now *2025-09-23* As noted in several previous reviews in 2025, nearly zero links work in the main selection menu, making this an essentially useless app for most intended functions. This app was a primary way to request service from the Arlington County government, and it’s been rendered useless by the lack of attention to the app. If we can only use the mobile web, please just discontinue the app if it won’t be updated. It’s also worth noting the app is really just the main menu that then opens a mobile browser page to execute the function selected on the app main menu. So, really, the app is just a top layer entry point to the mobile website. Nonetheless, the app saved me from logging in to the website repeatedly and having to select my location, etc. The modicum of convenience was worth downloading the app. Given the simple nature of the app itself, I can’t imagine updating it would take a lot of dev time, which makes the lack of an update even more shameful.
