## What is My Ashtanga?

Immerse yourself in a led practice at home.

Press play and the counting begins, in Sanskrit or in English while you learn. The audio carries your sequence, your breath, and your pacing, so you can close your eyes and follow. The pose illustrations wait on screen whenever you want to look, and the pace, the vinyasa count, and the sequence are yours to set. The class begins at the touch of a button.

Tristhana
— Ujjayi, counted vinyasa by vinyasa
— Asana, in the traditional order
— Drishti, for every posture

The Primary Series: Yoga Chikitsa
The complete series, from Surya Namaskara through the seated sequence, backbends, and the full closing. Every posture in its traditional place.

Make it yours
Set the vinyasa count, the length of each hold, and the number of Surya Namaskara; practice in Sanskrit or English. Or open Custom Practice and build your own sequence: standing, seated, backbends, and closing, as you want them.

108 Sun Salutations
A full mala: 108 Surya Namaskara, counted, breath by breath. For the solstice, an equinox, or any morning you want to move. Free to practice.

The Sanskrit voice
Every count and every pose name, spoken in Sanskrit by a single, carefully calibrated voice. The sound of a led room, on your own schedule.

The series to come
Intermediate (Nadi Shodhana) and Advanced A & B (Sthira Bhaga) are on the way, and every series is included as it's added, at no additional cost.

Begin free
Surya Namaskara A and B and the complete Standing sequence are yours to practice, free, for as long as you like. When you are ready to continue into the Seated series and build your own practice, the full library opens with a subscription.

For daily self-practice
A tool to support the mornings you are on your mat alone, and to keep your count honest between led classes. Not a replacement for a teacher, or for the lineage that carries this practice.

Do your practice, your way.

A full English mode is available throughout, for those still learning the Sanskrit.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-04

Resume an unfinished practice
Stop partway through and the home screen offers to pick up where you left off. Long-press Resume to discard it.

Scrub through the sequence
Put a finger on the progress bar and drag to move forward or back through the poses. You can also restart from the top without leaving the practice screen.

Settings that apply mid-practice
Change the Surya Namaskara count or the vinyasa settings while you practice and the sequence updates from the next pose on. Settings now open from the practice screen itself.

Savasana on every practice
Every practice closes with a final rest. Set the length in Settings, or set it to 0 to end without it.

Pose names in both languages
English mode leads with the English name and shows the Sanskrit underneath. Sanskrit mode does the reverse.

Also in this version: a reworked practice screen with back and settings in the top bar, a tidier Settings list, and tooltips that no longer cut off.
