## What is My Assistant Cyprus?

My Assistant Secretarial Services offers telephone support to Doctors and Companies. With a simple diversion of their professional line, 
our secretaries answer the calls, record the message, arrange appointments and inform the customer through a customer portal as well as via message and email.
Through the application the user will be able to see the phone calls of his clients - his patients and his appointments. He will also 
be able to give instructions to his secretary next to each call or will chat via chat.
