Support doesn’t even get back to you . I’ve been waiting for 34 hours and 45 minutes and still nothing when I’m desperately want to consult my favorite psychic. I’ve been a regular customer and this is what I get. ### 1/5 — Do not put your credit card in after a reading *2023-03-05, version 8.8* I got an reading and I enjoyed it after the reading was finished it gave u an option to buy more credits and preceed with the reading . So I purchased the $15 + 2 extra credits . I was charged $19.99 and never received my credits or refund. This is the 2nd time this happened . . The first time I sent my proof and I was givin my credits I paid for. This time Support was very rude and told me they couldn’t refund me .and to reach out to support thru the website. Which I sent proof of the purchase and I know there able to see that last person that did my reading and my transaction that was stolen. This was about 3wks ago and I still haven’t received my refund or credits . So I advice u to not put your credit card info in after the reading because it will take your money and not give u your credits . ### 1/5 — Trash 🗑 *2022-09-07, version 8.3* This app has so many technical issues it is ridiculous I reached out to their customer service they fail to respond. Now I have a open dispute which they still haven’t responded. they had no problems taking my money but when I try to make a call for a phone reading it’s not going through. The credits are still on my account un used. Customer service has failed to resolve my issue. ### 2/5 — Beware!!!!! Watch your Credits *2022-04-14, version 7.8* Recently I had an issue with credits and support hasn’t gotten back to me it’s been since Monday but it states their turn around time is one day. I wasn’t refunded my $30.00 in credit to be able to chat. I didn’t even get to use it some how it disappeared while in chat but never got to speak to an advisor at all. Currently trying to dispute the charge with my bank for services not rendered. It’s a shame I’ve been a customer for years but I won’t be coming back after this. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional *2022-01-01* I have tried for several MONTHS to get customer service to fix my account for use. I was able to use the app in the beginning in which I truly loved then suddenly I wasn’t able to use it anymore none of my calls or chats would connect father. I’ve added funds and trust that customer service fix the issue but they never did. And then eventually stop responding to me. I’ve asked for a refund of my money if a fixation was not do you have apical. But again no response. I don’t understand why this is so difficult to respond and to help a customer out. Support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They do close tickets and mark as resolved without resolving and they take an extremely long time to get back to you. You don’t always get your money back either. If it wasn’t for Nostra Damus I wouldn’t use this app. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-06-09, version 12.9* they take money from pensioners without permission and will not refund! A DISGRACE ### 1/5 — Great Readers. Terrible Tech and Support. *2026-06-07* Most of the readers are fantastic. Nancy, Ernst, Bella, Candy, Rebecca and Serena are wonderful to chat with and have been quite accurate. The readers aren’t the issue. I would give these specific folks 5 stars. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of tech issues. Money has been taken twice with no reading (it was refunded later) and I have been unable to connect chats or calls. Chats were finally resolved but the calls are still not not working. Tech will go wrong, but the real issue is the lack of support. Tickets are closed and marked resolved with no resolution or they just disappear. It is also VERY difficult to use the in-app support function. Trying to get help is extremely frustrating. Please work on the mechanics of this app to properly support your readers and customers. ### 1/5 — Scam !! *2026-03-10, version 12.6* I purchased $30 in credit and it did not get applied to my account, I sent them a email and no one replied. Support claims that they will get back to you within 24 hours but they don’t and sometimes the app just uses your credits even when there’s an unsuccessful connection with an advisor. It’s been three days since I requested a refund and still haven’t heard anything back from support. Also don’t bother to email them because the email link that they provide in their frequently asked questions doesn’t even work. I am trying another app called Astrotalk. Everyone should try it. That app is REALLY good. If only my favorite advisor from this app will move over to that app then I will be happy. If I ever do get my refund back, I’m deleting this app and NEVER returning. I have created a rapport with some of its advisors. However, it is rather difficult to connect with advisors because of the technical difficulties it always has. I would wait for my advisors for a couple of days and when I finally reach them they tell me they have been online, but the app has their status as offline the whole time. I am considering using another app like it. Reuben, Moon and Vineeta have been of great support in my toughest times. Psychic Reuben has been par excellence. He is very straight forward and honest, brutally blunt at times. Sometimes his readings left me in utter disbelief but later when times arrived, I found him the one who had been predicting right almost everytime. Vineeta has been compassionate and patient always and Moon is superbly analytical.
