何度も何度も何度も何度も何度も何度も何度も何度も何度も何度もID入力してパス入力してメール届いたから認証して「ログイン完了しました」って出るのにアプリ戻るとまた認証メール送信まで進ませられる。
Wi-Fi切ってSafari飛んでアプリ戻って同じこと繰り返して…
結局ログインできず支払い方法等の変更ができないまま。
無駄に通信料使わせるのマジで何？

電話対応もゴミだし、向こうの不手際なのに謝罪も無く「補填はできません、お客様の確認ミスです」をただただ繰り返す。
向こうはろくに連絡して来ないくせにこちらには電話しろ！とりあえず電話ください！とやたらと金がかかることを要求してくる。
小銭稼ぎに必死で痛すぎ🤣

au、マジでゴミだね👎
嫌いだけど、家族がソフバンなのでキャリア変えます。
10年以上使用しているかなりの長期ユーザだけど、ログインできなきゃポイントも使えないので、マジで何の特典も無い。
本当に腹立つ。
正直諸々の不手際や不適切な対応について訴訟起こしたいレベル。

最低最悪のカス会社！😡

Why host an app on the US AppStore and not provide English?
Also, your login process, while being admittedly Japanese is impossible to navigate for a normal human. You lock in “biometrics” (Face ID) then lock people into a loop because your nonsense UI doesn’t understand how to integrate. I would love to be able to pay my bill via an app, but I can’t. Heck, I would be happy to pay my bill online from a computer… but I also can’t.

プラン変更方法をチャット情報を参考に実施しましたが、変更できませんでした。
追加情報を求めましたが、チャット自体がエラーで接続できなくなりました。
面倒なので、Shutdown されたのでしょうか？

### 1/5 — 下記のことをAUは調べようとしない、解約したいけどわかりにく説明で機種代とか通話料が膨らんでいる。

以前、無料で使ってたマイクトレンドの請求が続いてて解約できない。iPhoneにしてからは、利用もしてない、ＡUのスマートパスタについてた機能なので、IDとPASSもわからず、利用していないのに、Googleからの請求が続いているので納得がいかない。

　トレンドマイクロのGoogle playからの請求は、身に覚えない請求が続いているので、返金してほしい。

また、ＡＵは、サービス停止で自己負担を通知してなく、ギカも説明がないから、以前よりも多く使っている。丁度いいサービスがない。わかりにいサービスなのに、簡単に説明してくださいとチャットは要求してくる。カスタマーセンターで話したが知識不足でたよりにならない。ちなみにNTTは、わからやす。2020月10月にトレンドマイクロが有利に変わるとは、料金見直し時、チャットでも説明はなく、説明の料金は、不当請求になる。

You are one of the few Japanese companies to make your apps available internationally and I really appreciate this. It’s ok if it’s in Japanese, although of course English is appreciated. Please make your UQ mobile app available also! I use UQ mobile and need that app to manage my account.

auユーザーにとって　かゆいところに手が届くような必需品アプリ グッドデザイン賞受賞しただけのことはあり使いやすい　2015年から執拗に　プロハッカーがパスワード、暗所番号、アプリに登録している個人情報全て狙ってくる　ベンリだけどなくても困らない　狙われる恐怖より利用しない安心　フィッシングauなりすましメールは本物そっくり　執拗にTEL番号を狙ってくる 今までTEL番号を20回くらい変更　最新ハイブリッドパソコン最新スパイアプリ使いハッキング　通話内容盗聴されるためauTELキノウ全て使えない　脅し専用電話番号複数大量所持していて迷惑電話、非通知　国際フリーダイヤル、自在に使い分け対処できずau関連アプリ利用をやめた　ハッカーにメールアドレス狙われ続け　数百回変更せざる得なくて無料auメールが使いやすいものではなくなった　長年いやがらせ　ガマン耐えていたけどau関連商品アプリ利用できない　スマホ　タブレット　ケータイTEL au商品　全て24時間365日攻撃、盗聴　ハッキングされ　なすすべがない　お得プラン契約する意味がない　なぜそこまで執念深く個人情報狙ってハッキングしてくるのか理解できない　不正アクセス禁止法遵守　常識ある理性ある行動を希望　なぜ10年執拗に法律違反犯罪わざわざ海外から繰り返してくるのか理解できない　不正アクセス禁止法遵守　全く面識ない　スパイアプリ使っている為何度も変更したTEL番号一度も利用せず直後TEL番号変更しなければいけなくて困っています　長年違法行為繰り返されたら正当防衛してしまいます
