Cannot redeem points- ask to log in but am already logged in. Then when you log in again it says error. 2. I love both. This app, however, is fraught with issues far too frequently to be acceptable. Crashes as soon as opened, starting “Network Error”. Um, no? My network is working just fine for literally EVERYTHING else and when tried off wi-do it does the same. Useless. ### 1/5 — Still broken, still no support. *2026-04-28, version 1.0.56* Got a new phone, decided to try downloading this broken app again & despite it being updated (fairly) recently, when I try to log in, it just crashes immediately. No error, no hanging, just crashes. I have 48,000+ points & still have to manually carry the membership card with me to the salon. Exhausting. I’ve emailed, called, & messaged support & if there EVER is a response, it’s just “uninstall & reinstall the app” & then I get ghosted. The support phone number is just a full voicemail box or hangs up. Please make this app better. I cannot redeem my points (or add new ones) unless I shop from the website on my laptop. I have called more than 10 times, daily for a week, several different times/days beyond that week. Tried emails several times & to various support addresses, tried the text chat (outsourced) and cannot get *any* customer support, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. After attempting to reinstall the app, I now no longer have the card in my wallet (which worked, even if it didn’t show my accurate points). Get it together! I haven’t been an Aveda customer since 1993 for this kind of treatment. ### 1/5 — Rewards app not linked to online shopping *2023-11-11, version 1.0.45* You can redeem points for $$ off your next purchase but you have to wait 7 days to receive it. Crazy! I’m logged into the app and select shop mobile, but when I get there the app is so slow and freezes constantly. I finally manage to get everything in my cart and try to check out and it makes me log in again! I forgot my password and I’m still waiting for it to email to me. Get it together. Other companies make it easy to purchase via shop and other options.
