They told me I had to dispute the transaction on their website to get my stolen money back. They said they couldn’t help me set up the dispute and their website keeps taking me to weird website searches. Their website on the back of the card that is on the back of their card is a fake website. I can normally navigate a website but really believe I was set up to fail. I’ve never been treated so bad by a card company. ### 1/5 — Cumbersome *2021-12-22, version 1.0.20* Lately I have to sign in with a password and a code that is emailed. I set up face recognition but it doesn’t work. That phone broke, and fell back to iPhone 5... app didn’t let me log in. Assumed issue was obsolete phone Currently on iPhone 11 and getting same message for the past 2 months: “Error: Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.” ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-11-10, version 1.0.11* Could I give a negative star for wasting my time? Lol. Cards active.... put in all my info.... put in the activation code and it just thinks then times out. Tried to also login thinking perhaps it worked but just didn’t tell me...... nope logging in does the same thing. App is worthless don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Frustrating Start *2019-05-21* I kept getting pop-ups about the app while using the desk top version, so I finally decided to download it to my phone. It wasn't totally clear which app to download, but I did get the right one. However, when I tried logging in, it kept giving me an invalid user name and password error. Turns out, it doesn't share the same password as the online. By the time I went through three customer service representatives, the app had locked me out. The third guy told me to wait an hour for the app to unlock and then reset the password. Apparently he wasn't able to unlock it for me. An ATM didn’t give me my money on this card and still took it out of my account. This company wants me to jump thru hoops and fill out paperwork, this and that to get MY money back! I feel like it’s their responsibility to seize transactions from the ATM company. I didn’t ask for this. This app doesn’t work and it has errors loading card information, resetting password, or username. Now I can see all of my individual transactions and what stores they occurred at. On the rewarding excellence site I could only see the money going in, not the money going out.
