Seeing the percentages is helpful, but maybe showing the saved/not approved hours in those graphs as well. However, I am not sure how this looks in other phones but I have an iPhone XSMax and it does not fill up the screen. The app should be updated to adjust to fit to the phone screens. But seriously developer needs to add proper support for larger screens of the iPhone X / XS / XR... It’s been years! There are still states that require 5,600 hours (*cough cough*...Massachusetts). The website recognizes it yet this app does not. Quick and easy if you are doing it daily, would recommend the web browser if reporting more than one weeks worth of experience. ### 5/5 — Great App! *2016-04-16, version 1.4.3* This has made it very easy for me to log my hours while I'm on the go! The interface is very friendly and has detailed information for what each category requires. ### 5/5 — Great app! *2016-03-11, version 1.4.3* Really helps me stay on top of hours and it is great to be able to reference category descriptions. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Login doesn’t work *2019-11-01, version 2.0.34* The info I use to login online doesn’t work on this app. It must be out of date. ### 1/5 — Works but out of date *2019-08-28, version 2.0.34* The app works for what it’s supposed to do but it’s 2 years out of date and hasn’t been updated to work properly on the new generations of iPhones. The app also signs out automatically instead of remaining logged in. These two issues would be fairly easy to fix and I hope to see them in an update soon. For an app that’s supposed to be used by people in the design field, it would be nice to see an app that reflects that both graphically and through a better UI ### 1/5 — Cannot add report with new employer *2019-05-22, version 2.0.34* This app does not allow creating reports under a new employer. I logged in online to do this as the app suggested, but that new report didn't sync to the app (now several weeks later.) NCARB customer service was unhelpful in answering my questions. ### 1/5 — Off putting *2016-07-01, version 2.0.16* App is clunky. Hard to access common information. Still can't submit any information. Doesn't access test results in a timely fashion. Color scheme is terrible. Website is still better ### 1/5 — Reporting Hours Has Never Been So Impossible *2014-01-19, version 0.2.2* Like literally impossible. There is no way to create a report. All I am able to do is view my previous reports and track my IDP progress, which this app does a great job of communicating, but as of right now this app is not delivering on what it promises. ### 2/5 — Needs Update *2025-01-24* The last update for this app was over 4 years ago. After launching it on my iPhone it is out of date mechanically wise and not information wise. I believe it can be improved to ease the way it’s used. It can be frustrating. ### 3/5 — Helpful…sometimes *2023-09-25* Overall this is a very helpful app! As an architecture student interning at a local firm, I find it easy enough to enter my reports. My only complaints as of September 2023 are as follows: -no iPad optimization. I’m currently typing this on an ipad and it’s very annoying to now have the app use the whole screen. -does not remember employers or their information -does not remember AXP supervisor or their information. Again, a very helpful app, just with a few UI/UX issues.
