spend more time trying to sort bugs than being able to use

If this app is a requirement for all students why is it so inaccessible? 

I spend more time out of my day in college trying to access the app than I do actually learning. 

It’s riddled with bugs and generally you’re lucky if it runs for more than 5 minutes without crashing.
