But the sound cuts in and out on the iPad app and the alerts are delayed. Now with the latest update its sporadic at best if the app will even connect to the monitor. Mikrofon schaltet sich ab. Bildfehler bzw. App stürzt ab. Vor dem Update konnte Mann das Mikrofon im Hintergrund, bei gesperrtem Bildschirm, laufen lassen. Tech Support is nearly impossible to talk to. Until they fix the app this camera is not worth it! Now the Push Server doesn't work. This app and camera is junk! ### 2/5 — App not compatible with iOS 9.2 *2016-01-02, version 1.0.24* Unfortunately, this app is not compatible with the newest Apple software (9.2), so I can no longer use my iPad as the camera receiver. Had I known this, I would not have updated the software; although even before I did, the app would sporadically not work. I would often have to unplug and replug the camera in order for the app to connect. Das Gerät schicke ich nun zurück und werde jeden den ich kenne vor diesen Gerät warnen. Schade ums Geld. ### 1/5 — Schade 😕 *2016-10-19, version 2.0.1* Die Kamera ist wirklich ein hochwertiges Produkt und die Funktionen sind eigentlich wirklich gut überlegt. Leider ist die App eine riesige Katastrophe!! Um eine Verbindung herstellen zu können, muss ich jedes Mal erst einmal ins Menü gehen und wieder zurück, dann funktioniert die Verbindung. Dann ist auch für etwa 1 Minute beides, Bild und Ton, da. Danach schaltet leider das Mikrofon ab. Wenn ich das Mikrofon über das kleine Menü einmal aus und wieder an stelle ist zwar der Ton wieder da, bzw. das Mikrofon wieder an, aber das Bild ist stehen geblieben. Die Temperaturanzeige funktioniert leider auch gar nicht. Ich habe die Alarme erst gar nicht ausprobiert um mir noch mehr Ärger zu sparen. Bin total enttäuscht!!! Heutzutage muss eine schlecht programmierte App echt nicht mehr sein! Leider kann ich das Produkt im Gesamtpaket nicht weiter empfehlen. ### 1/5 — Keine Kaufempfelung *2016-04-29, version 2.0.1* Neues Update alte Probleme, nach ein paar Minuten bricht die Mikrofonverbindung ab. Für sowas habe ich knapp 200€ gezahlt!!!!! Frechheit! Kundenservice antwortet auch nicht auf Emails. My only issue is the conversion to degrees Fahrenheit is not correct. Zu viele Verbindungsabbrüche oder Softwarefehler verhindern den reibungslosen Betrieb. Also, sometimes the sound and/or the video stops working and it takes a minute or two to reconnect. Other times I can't get it to connect at all, even when the camera light is green.
