Welcome to new way of mobile application My BAFL Mobile App.  First time in NBFC history, Bajaj Finance Limited is providing 11 Indian Language Support in its mobile app with content and information access. It’s a one stop shop for all the informational and transactional services related to loans of existing and prospective Two-Wheeler and Three-Wheeler customers.

My BAFL is a quick, easy and convenient to use instant self-service App on the move. The app offers a wide range of Self Services which reduces customers need to visit our branch or to wait and speak to company executive / representative for information.

Just login into the app with your Registered Mobile Number & OTP received and get access to host of Instant features like, important services mentioned below:

* Check your Two Wheeler or Three Wheeler Loan Account Status

* Pay your dues, Partial Foreclosure, Foreclosure payment and EMI online

* Raise a Service Request (i.e., Address Change, NOC Request, etc.,)

* View Latest Offers and get important Loan related notifications

* Apply for Instant Loans

* Online Map enabled branch locator and address
* Vehicle Details and Registration Certificate Upload option

My Loan Details
It enables existing customers to access all their loan account related information like Loan Accounts summary, customer personal details, Vehicle and registration details, statements of accounts and Repayment Schedule with download option.

EMI Overdue, Other overdues, Part Foreclosure and Foreclosure details coupled with Net banking, Debit Card, Wallet & UPI enabled payment option,

Map based Branch Locator and address, FAQ (frequently asked questions) make managing your loans an extremely easy and instant task.  Further customers can lodge their request or complaints to specific service types (i.e., NOC request, Address Change, Mobile Number change, Email id update or change, Vehicle Registration Certificate upload) which eliminate their branch visit or calling to our Helpline number efforts.
