I have been with First United, and their transformations, for 30 years. however, I do not like the new format for your accounts where you can only see five transactions at a time. It’s a little tricky to see those that were more in the past. The format with more transaction on the page was easier to format. I would give jt zero stars if that were an option! Always asks me for my user ID when it was just saved in it a few mins prior to logging back in! It’s supposed to be set up with my thumbprint but it still makes me enter the password every fricken time?? And then it acts like I have never used the app before and prompts me for my phone number to “set up” my mobile banking?!?! Now it keeps logging me out after putting my info into it so I can try to sign in. Sooo frustrating!! This app is NONE of those things. Half the time I can’t even access my account because the app said it was experiencing trouble or the Face ID won’t work. Entering in my password manually is not a big deal but it becomes a problem when it tells me my password is wrong every single time I enter it, when in fact it’s not. Its wildly inconvenient. Here are some examples of why; 1. Every other week it tells me extra security is needed & they send a verification code via text message! Every single time I use it..Then right back to normal login. 2. Every now & then Face ID makes me enter the password, only to have a pop up say “Face ID is enabled” 3. The new look screen that shows up every time I open the app is ridiculous! Have to either hit skip, later, or go thru the 3 pages & “let’s go”. It’s not a new look, it’s the same look & really needs to go away. & finally... 4. Why the picture of a couple on the main screen?! It’s so weird!! Should replace with anything more creative, like oh I dunno, something involving money?!
