I made a money transfer on August 16, and my transfer is still pending. The money has already been sent from their side, but I am still waiting for the recipient’s bank to receive and confirm the funds. It has been taking far too long, and there has been no clear resolution despite waiting and contacting support. When people send money, especially internationally, they expect the transfer to be completed on time and without unnecessary delays. I was asked to wait for one week, and I agreed because I was offered an $80 compensation for the delay. However, after waiting for the full week, the transfer was still not completed, and the transfer was eventually cancelled. This was extremely frustrating because I had already waited several days expecting the money to arrive. I hope My Beacon takes this issue seriously, improves its transfer processing time, and provides better communication and support to customers. Customers should not have to wait this long for their money or go through unnecessary stress to get a transfer resolved.
