Took me hours to get my device connected. Once connected the app icons are unexplained and, so far, impossible to understand. How difficult would it be to have a help page to explain them or some hint text describing their function? The information doesn’t even appear to be available online. So now I’m having to do experiments to see what the buttons do. Could be good but is let down by lack of understandable explanations and so is very poor. Updated 23/08/2022: The Program Settings menu has now changed into Cantonese writing. Don’t know why or how to fix it. And the app support link on the App Store doesn’t link to a live site.
