As much money as they take from us you’d think they’d have a working app.

When the app worked it was great to pay my bill and see my balance, but for two months now the app won’t load. I’ve even tried to delete and redownload several times and the app still won’t work.

I can’t pay my bill on the app! Please fix! Since the recent update changed my app, I can’t pay my bill on app now. It also looks like my app on my iPhone changed to the iPad version shown in app description

After latest update, unable to login even though same exact credentials work for the full website. Copy/pasted to insure no typos, and it still didn’t work. (Gives error at the bottom of the login screen “invalid username/ password”). Copy/pasted to website and logged right in. Please fix. Otherwise, I think the updates are great and actually had no issues with the previous version. Aesthetics are great but useless if the app doesn’t properly function.

This is a great app except there is a convenience fee to pay my bill using the app. I'd rather just drive to BECI or mail in my payment. I won't be using this app to pay my bill :(

BECi offers many ways to pay your electric bill through the Mobile App, E-Check Payments, Bank Draft, and Credit Card Payments.  There is a third party charge applied to any payment made by Credit Card and is revenue neutral for BECI, meaning that BECI receives no funding or benefits from the third party Credit Card  payment fee.

There is no charge for paying with E-Checks using BECI's Mobile App or using the cooperative website. Members can download the BECi Mobile App and manage their account(s), sign up for text messages and reminders, update phone numbers, and more.

The app is good and seems pretty stable. It is fairly user-friendly, and would be nice except for one issue.  It costs too much to pay your bill online. It's much cheaper to actually use a stamp and the post office to mail a piece of paper to pay your bill then do it electronically. Shame on Beauregard for that.  They call it a convenience fee, but I see it as an uneco-friendly move.  Quiet odd in this age of paperless billing.

If you pay with e check there is no fee, but if you pay with a credit card the ones that pay your bill get the money not BECI. It's a nice app!
